Dracula's heir

"You ladies mind if I cut in" Tommy says in a low groovy voice, he faced Katharina and Lefinna, they were still at the location where d**k had previously exited, it had been hours since then.
Lefinna gives a light blush, Katharina appeared indifferent, she didn't like Tommy one bit.
"Actually, I do" Katharina says aloud with a stern expression. Tommy's facial expression remains unchanged, he was used to to that type of treatment, Katharina and he had had to work together for the last four months and she had always acted as malevolent as possible.
"Okay, then Lefinna, I guess we will see at your favorite spot" Tommy says as he does a wink. It puts a smile on Lefinna's face.
"Redoulp, I shall be taking my leave now" Tommy says aloud. Tommy walks toward the exit of the room, he had been so amazed by all everything that was happening. Over four months ago, the kids of a family had been murdered, the husband was kidnapped and the mother was hysterical, when the place where the kids murder had been investigated, they had found wolf marks. It was all so strange then, when he couldn't fathom what happened, he had called in d**k to help, now the two not only discovered the existence of werewolves but of lots of mythical creatures.
"This keeps getting better" Tommy says as he pulls out a cigarette, he blows into it slowly. A buzzing sound began to ring from his left pocket. Tommy picks the call up.
"Captain Tommy here, who is calling" He says into his phone.
"I need your help" the voice at the other end said, the voice was masculine and it sounded scared as if the other person at the end of the call was in some sort of danger.
"Calm down, what's the problem" Tommy asks with a calm but cautious expression.
"I can't say it, I need you to come right away" the voice answered back.
"Look, whosoever this is, I am really busy these days, you can't expect me to come just because you want, is this some sort of prank" Tommy asks raising his voice.
"It's about the strange creatures, except these ones are much different from the ones we have seen before."
"Okay, describe the creatures and tell me where you are coming from"
"They are very little with round heads, no bodies, two legs and two arms with very big eyes" the voice at the other end said.
"They don't sound too scary, but I will come check it out, where are you" Tommy asks.
"I live in the east, Maryland street" the voice said.
"Okay then, I will be right over" Tommy says as he cuts the call.
"I thought Redoulp said all of Larias minions were eliminated" Tommy thinks as he gets into a vehicle, the vehicle was an old model but it was clean so it looked really presentable.
Tommy drives for a while until he arrives at a street, he got down from his vehicle.
He brings out his pistol and a flashlight, he walks around. He brings out his phone and dials a number.
Soon the call was picked at the other end.
"I have arrived, I don't sense anything unusual, the place is really quiet" Tommy says putting his phone to his ear.
"The creatures at terrifying, they don't allow us to run, I had to sneak to the bathroom to make this call" The voice at the other end said, it now even sounded more fearful than before.
"Okay then, which building do you reside" Tommy asks.
"The red building, it's the tallest in the street, just ring the doorbell for Mr Johnson" the voice at the other end said.
"Okay then" Tommy look around, he couldn't find a building, it was really dark, around nine pm. He put on his torch, he walked around till he found the building. Soon he came upon the building, he looked for the doorbells in the building, they were each attached to different apartments, when he had found the one he was looking for, he clicked it, at first, he heard no sound until a big puddle of water splashes all over him.
"What the f**k" Tommy shouts in an exasperated tone, he looks ahead to see a bunch of kids making faces, they were each laughing with glee. They clearly enjoyed themselves. One of the kids put a fearful expression.
"Ooh no, I am scared, come save me" he says aloud, it was the same voice that spoke to Tommy on the other end of the call.
"I am gonna get you little runts" Tommy says visibly annoyed. The kids on the roof scatters and run away.
"Fifth prank this month" Tommy mumbles to himself. Sadly, he got into his vehicle and drove off, he arrived at his apartment soon, he got down from his vehicle, he walked towards his door and searches himself for his keys, when he had found it, he unlocks the door and goes in.
"SURPRISE!!!!" came Lefinna's voice, she looked really excited, she was holding a bottle of red wine in her left hand.
"You didn't have to" Tommy manages a weak smile. Lefinna levels her look at him.
"Why do you look like you went swimming in your suit or did you forget it has to be done in your underwear" Lefinna smirks.
Tommy gives a light smile
"I was pranked again, I should have listened to you though" Tommy says removing his jacket an hanging it on a coat rack.
"Yeah, I told you it was a bad idea, just cause some creatures invaded the city one night, you telling them they could always reach you for supernatural cases and giving every civilian your contact is all the way dumb" Lefinna says levelling her look at him. Tommy had thought that in order to curb the mythical creatures on the loose fast, he should make himself readily available to anyone who had contact with mythical creatures. Unfortunately, only few who reached him were genuine, the rest who reached him either commented on his incompetence or pranked him.
"Yeah, you are right but let us not let that ruin our fine evening" Tommy says walking towards Lefinna.
Lefinna smiles as she gives Tommy a light kiss on his lips.
"I shall get the cups" Tommy says to her.
"Be fast cowboy" Lefinna smirks. Tommy leaves the room, he gets to his cabinet and removes two glass cups, he walks towards the room where he previously exited.
"Your taste in wine is very exquisite" Tommy says walking towards her.
"Yeah, you can say that again" Lefinna replies. She starts to uncork the cap of the wine bottle.
"Lemme help you with that" Tommy says as he takes the bottle from her hands, he takes it and tries to uncork the cap of the wine. One of his fingers got brushed by a sharp end of the wine bottle, small drops of blood dropped from his finger.
"Damn, I should have been more careful" he says to himself, he sets the bottle on the table.
"Dear, I would be right back, I have to get a few things from the kitchen" he says aloud, he walks toward the kitchen when the texture and scenery around him changed, soon, he was standing in a place which was very dark, he couldn't see anything.
"Lefinna, honey, could you put on the lights" Tommy says aloud, there was no response.
"This night definitely doesn't get any worse." Tommy walks for a while, he wanted to get a feel of his surroundings, he feels around, he was definitely not in his apartment as he could not feel his couch at the spot where it was supposed to be. He swirls around, it appeared to have a lot of free space as he hadn't collided with anything yet.
He feels his pockets, he feels a small object inside, he removes it and brings out his flashlight.
"Yeah, that's where you are" Tommy says with glee in his voice, he switches it on and flashes it around, there was nothing in site.
"Is the tiny midget playing pranks on me now" Tommy says in an annoyed voice.
"COME DEEPER" came a voice which seemed to echo around the dark empty space.
"If this is a prank, I am so gonna kick your ass" Tommy says walking towards the direction of the voice, everyone was so dark and spacious, Tommy occasionally feared this could be real and a creature would approach him from behind and slaughter him to pieces.
Soon he came to a point and stood still, there was a wall right in front of him, the wall was made of concrete and painted black.
"This is some real spooky s**t" Tommy thinks to himself, his flashlight falls from his hands, he feels a force tightening his body, he tries to mouth a scream but no words was coming from his mouth, his body ascends into the air. The force also stopped him from breathing, it felt as If he was gonna be suffocated to death when suddenly a voice called
"My heir has finally arrived, after so many millenniums of waiting."
The voice seemed to be coming from every where at once, a man appears in front of Tommy, he was also levitating in the air except his didn't appear forced.
He looked so similar to Alucard, it was as if he was Alucard only way older as his body was pale white and his hair, only his eyes were black and they showed great pain but there was something else there, excitement. he was clothed in black robes.
"I am Dracula, what is the name of my supposed heir" He asks.
Tommy look at him, his facial expression remains rigid thanks to the strange force tightening his body.
"You don't talk or are you feeling a little too squeezed" he asks.
Tommy's facial expression remained the same.
"Okay, I will release you now" Dracula says as he snaps his fingers, Tommy drops to the ground gasping for air.
"Pardon my behaviour, it has been the recent way I treat my visitors cause they are mostly food my son sends down to me, he lives in the castle above, his name is Alucard, he is a sweet kid" Dracula said, there was glee in his voice, he was excited to have a visitor. It had been a long time since Dracula had left the cave where he stayed.
"I didn't expect the first vampire to be so chatty" Tommy says getting to his feet.
"Yeah, I wasn't always like this, it's just been a while since I saw anyone and I don't get visitors much" Dracula said descending to the ground, he points towards the torch.
"Is that what you use to haunt my kind now."
"No, just a flashlight, I use it to see in the dark and all" Tommy says picking up the flashlight from the ground.
"Wow, you have improved, you use to use pitchforks and flaming torches back in the days, it was really beautiful" Dracula says.
"Thought you were born barely three hundred years ago, ain't you Vlad the third" Tommy says, he had gotten up and was staring at Dracula.
"No, That is someone else, I come from a different universe, I had to hide here ever since the last war of the godlings" Dracula says, fear coming on his face.
"They killed everyone, Ixonquious, Mina" he breaks down in tears.
"Those are strange names" Tommy says in a muffled tone.
"Yeah, they were my comrades a few thousand years back" He says aloud.
"So why was I summoned here" Tommy asks pocketing his flashlight.
"Before Ixonquious disappeared, he told me he would deliver the person he felt had to inherit my abilities in order to stop Larias should he resurrect again" Dracula says now standing close to Tommy.
"What is my play in all this" Tommy asks.
"I shall give you my abilities, this is gonna sting a bit" Dracula says as he sinks his fangs into Tommy's neck. Tommy tries to break off but his efforts were futile against Dracula's strength. Tommy notices something, Dracula kept getting thinner as he bit into his neck.
Soon Dracula collapses to the ground, Tommy felt numb and weak.
Dracula's body began to fade into nothingness.
"Time for me to rejoin Mina, my love, use my abilities well" Dracula says as his body becomes dust.
Tommy suddenly reappears back at home, he feels his neck, the fang bites were there, everything that happened was real.
