The panic had spread within the pack as we entered our home. Whatever is happening has everyone alarmed. Helen walked out of the surgery room covered in blood. I froze as alpha Reginald ran over to her grabbing both of her arms in disbelief.
"What happened?" he shouted with so much anger and pain that I flinched away from the two of them.
"We don't know, sir," she cried out.
"Where is she? Where is Ripley?" the sound of her brother's voice thundered in the house as he rushed after the alpha.
