We got to a nearby clinic in the area. “A clinic? Really Helen?” I complained. As we watched the building from inside the car.
“We have no choice, he won't last long if we drive back to the pack.” Jerry said as he got down from the car.
Jerry carefully carried Gavin in his arms, the nurses had brought out the gurney to place him on it. A clinic it is, there was no other choice.
I stayed close to Gavin as the nurses rushed him to the emergency room. The doctor came along. “What happened to him?” He asked with urgency.
