"Ugh..." I groaned as I slowly regained consciousness.
A sharp, throbbing pain pounded in my head as if it were about to explode. I tried to move, but to my horror, I found my hands and feet securely bound. Cold, unforgiving chains dug into my skin, sending chills deep into my bones.
Frantically, I tried to recall what had happened. Everything had been perfect—the guests were mingling, laughter and conversation filled the air. Then, suddenly, the lights went out, plunging the entire estate into darkness.
Someone had ambushed us. The intruders surrounded the estate, and in the chaos, Louis was injured. Liam had to step up as the new Alpha of the Silver Moon pack.
But what happened after that? My mind was blank.
I strained my eyes, trying to adjust to the darkness around me.
