Xavier barged into Patel’s residence. He had questions in his mind that he needed answers to.
“Xavier? What are you doing here?” Sal's brows frowned.
Xavier looked at him calmly, “I have something to ask you.”
“Me? What is it?” Sal said and invited him to a seat, “Where is Scar?”
Xavier cringed at the nickname. His lips tightened in a thin line before answering, “Home. Working on a project with Charlie,” he replied.
“So, she didn’t choose you as her partner, eh?” A smile was placed on Sal’s lips, but it didn’t on Xavier's.
