With my head buried in my documents, I was making my way back to the office. I got an email from Austin asking me to take care of a new file which I had to retrieve from another department. While I was leafing nonchalantly through the pages, I knocked into someone.   Ouch!   The file scattered all over the floor. I sighed. No need to make a fuss, especially knowing that if I had been looking where I was going, it wouldn’t have happened.
