Brandy The trip to the ER was rather uneventful. I was just thankful it hadn't been terribly busy and I was seen rather quickly. When asked what happened, I gave the nurse a line of BS, saying I had passed out and fell into the corner of a table. I was so convincing that the nurse didn't even look askance at me when I gave her the details. There was no mark from where father had hit me. Truthfully, he hadn't struck me that hard.
