Chapter 34 Cara’s POV I was released from the hospital the following day. My leg feels much better than it did. It was hard to put weight on it, but the doctor was going to give me crutches to help me walk until I regained full strength. My mother just rolled her eyes after he left the room and said, “I’ll take care of it.” The doctor had already left to get the crutches for me, and in the three minutes he was gone, I was completely healed. My mother had me lay back down on my bed, and she spoke over my leg. It got warm when her hands touched my injury, but once she was done, there was no sign of me even having been hurt.
