After our talk with Elle and Everett, we were so exhausted from the day that we just showered and got into bed. It did feel amazing to have him beside me and it didn’t take long for both of us to fall fast asleep. By the time we woke up, it was dark out. I sat up and looked around me; checking the time on the clock. It apparently was almost seven in the evening.
“Elias,” I said and shaking him. “Elias, wake up.”
“Mmm,” he replied and turned over.
“Come on baby, its almost seven, aren’t you hungry? We haven’t eaten since breakfast.”
“Mmmm,” he said.
“Okay fine, I’ll go get ready first,” I chuckled. “When I get back, I’m throwing cold water on you like you did to me.”
