CHAPTER 11
Brandon and Ava were not only trapped by the attraction they couldn’t resist–the mate bond and now the marriage they didn’t want –the legal bond. Two people who didn’t want to be together but just the same ended up entangled even more.
Brandon curved his lips upward on one side of his face, while he looked at Ava from across the elegantly decorated function room. Ava was annoyed about something he could tell, but he didn't care. Why would her feelings, matter to him? Although he was pretending to be an affectionate husband–but– that was the extent of what he could stomach at the moment–to just pretend as her affectionate husband, period. Anything else that bothered Ava, she had to handle alone. Brandon reckoned.
