While Misty and I were on our way in my car, with her disguised as Venus to meet with Dominic, my mind couldn’t help but dwell on the fact that Venus was actually my sister. I had always known she was important, but now that I knew I was her older brother, I felt an even deeper sense of failure for not finding her earlier. When our mother went missing, it was assumed that she had passed away. Little did I know that she had entered into another relationship and kept it hidden from me, although my grandmother seemed to know, considering she entrusted me with the task of protecting the cursed one.
Initially, I was furious when I discovered that she was with Kash. However, after witnessing how fiercely protective he was of her, he started to grow on me. I’m hopeful that Misty will
