Training with Venus was honestly really fun. The sun was shining brightly, casting a warm glow on us as we practiced our moves. I can’t remember the last time, if ever, I enjoyed myself so much. As we were finishing up, Wyatt and Misty pulled up in their car. The engine hummed softly, and the sound of tires crunching on gravel filled the air. The moment Wyatt got out and looked at me, I could sense something was wrong. A knot formed in my stomach, tightening with each step I took towards him.
"I need to speak with you alone for a few moments, Kash," Wyatt said, his voice filled with urgency. Misty got out of the car and went over to Venus. I nodded in response to Wyatt, my heart pounding in my chest, and followed him inside.
