JOSHUA was pleased to know that I hired Phoebe as one of the office assistants. She and Jessa started working at the office the following day. I had one of the senior assistants, Melissa, train them and get them familiarized with their tasks.
With the addition of Phoebe and Jessa, there are now six office assistants working with me, not including Nicole. Aside from Melissa, we also have Andrea, Monica, and Janice. Most of them started as weavers, and they eventually got moved to the office when we needed to hire people.
I prefer to hire people from within because I want everyone in the company to know that there will always be opportunities available for them.
