Emily was wiping the table when a few of her batch mates walked in . They were the last person she wanted to see .

" Jessica ! " Emily whispered . She tried to hide herself behind the pillar . She didn't wanted Jessica to know that she worked as a waitress , it was not like she was ashamed of what she was doing but she knew that the queen bee will some how manage to present her as a joke again .

" Hey Emily ! " Jessica patted Emily's back as she walked past her . Oh no she saw .

Jessica was not from a wealthy family but some how she always managed to put on the wealthy lifestyle . So not many knew that she was a daughter of a nurse whose father abandoned her and her mother . All her life Jessica's mother taught her that people will respect you only if you have money . And that thing rooted deep in her mind . May be it was the reason why she kicked love out of her life just for money .

And now she was dating Tyler who was filthy rich . His father was the CEO of a multinational company and he owned two other business also . One day or other Tyler was going to be the CEO . When a person has a lot of money then his looks doesn't matter . He was egoist , maybe that was because he had everything that people generally dream of .Tyler usually made friends with people who shared the same bank balance . Now Tyler's wealthy friends were also Jessica's friend .

Jessica was there with Jenna , Alex and Noah . Jenna whispered to Jessica " Do you know this girl ? How can you be friends with her . "

Jessica smirked " How can you even think that I will be friend with a waitress ? " She said it to Jenna in a low voice not so low that she could not be heard by Emily .

Jessica was very angry at Emily . For the first time Tyler stood against her , he yelled at her . And for who ? Emily . She wanted to torment me . She wanted to shatter her into pieces so that she will be ashamed to even look at herself in the mirror . Emily had a gem and that was her confidence she wanted to target that . Because when a person loses their confidence , they lose their nature . They loose who they are .

Jessica called Emily to take her order . Emily was hesitant but she didn't show it on her face . She put on smile and went on their table . She was trying to prepare herself for the humiliation that she knew was coming her way .

Jessica asked Emily to tell the specials . She did as she was told to do . Jessica showed something in her phone to the other three . Emily asked her what did she wanted to order . Jessica was like , Oh sorry I forgot that you were talking can you please repeat yourself . Emily heard Jessica's friends laugh .they all knew that Jessica was playing with Emily . They all joined her in her little act . Emily knew what was going on here but she acted like she didn't hear anything . She started telling them about the specials . The four of them ignored her again and started discussing some irrelevant topics .

Now Emily got a little furious " Maybe it will be better if I get you all a menu . "

" Emily if you will talk like this with your customers then it will reflect badly on your tips and then how will you be able to afford your college . Or maybe you will have to start sweeping other's floors , "

Emily wanted to say that b***h at least I work for what I want unlike you who just uses boys but she controlled herself there was no place for temper in her job .

Emily thanked Jessica for her little advice . She wanted to say to her that it seems like she had a lot of experience in waitressing but still she controlled herself .

Jessica ordered three vanilla shakes and chilly fries that was not even in the specials ! And then she signed Emily to leave like she was a beggar . It was getting harder for Emily to hold back her temper .

Emily gave the order . She sat on a chair while it was getting prepared . Rachel was seeing all this " Emily , I think that I should handle that table . "

Emily nodded her head " Thanks Rach but I think I will be fine . "

" Those girls are just teasing you . I don't know why Jessica has so much problem with you . It can't be because of Matt she was not even in love with him and more over you are not even in a relationship with him . She is a b***h . "

Emily chuckled , the order was ready . She took it to Jessica's table .

" So here is our order . " Jessica said passing a shake to Jenna . Noah asked to pass his also . She picked it up but she spilled it on the floor . She acted like it was an accident " Oh I am so sorry . I guess the class slipped off my hands . " Emily knew that she spilled it intentionally , it could be clearly seen in her eyes .

" Emily can you please clean this mess . It is looking dirty . " Jessica said to Emily . Emily still acted calm , she brought a mop and started wiping the floor .

" A little is also on my shoes can you please clean it also . " Jessica said pointing to her shoes . Alex started clapping ." Come on Emily , I am just asking for your help . I could have cleaned my shoes but you know I just got manicure done . "

Emily swallowed the little self respect that was left in her and she cleaned Jessica's shoes . Alex took a picture and posted it on his social media ! Emily managed to make her way back to the social media .

Emily went to the washroom . She splashed cold water on her face . She was trying her best to act calm but she was losing her temper . She knew that Jessica was targeting and there was nothing she could do about it .

Rachel saw the post on IG . It was a picture of Emily wiping Jessica's shoes . She knew she had to tell Emily but she was not sure if she should because last time when they posted about Emily , she got very depressed and she locked herself in her room . But even if Rachel don't tell her , it won't hide for long from Emily .
