" I was thinking of a way to break my ankle . Tell me why have you called . " She opened the drawer and takes out the ointment . She sits down and rubs it on her foot .

" I don't understand . Anyways , you left me a voice which said call me back Tyler . "

Oh yes she remembered now . She had to tell Tyler that she took her song . Oh God how will he react ? A broken ankle was not enough now she will also have a broken nose when Matt will hit her on her face for using his song without asking him .

" I kind a did something and I am worried how will you react . "

Matt was not able to understand what Emily meant . He asked her to repeat herself .

" I went to the beanery , the lead singer who was supposed to perform the other night didn't showed up so Judy asked me to replace her . Well not exactly Judy but Rachel . So I was very scared because I was not prepared but then I thought that may be I should perform your song because I new its tune and it's lyrics were so beautiful . But the good news is that people loved it . "

Half of the things that Emily said went over Matt's head maybe because he was not familiar with ' The Beanery ' or Judy " Hang on . . . . . . Hang on ! Who was supposed to perform where and who didn't show up and you did what . "

Her ankle was already hurting and now her head also started aching . What was so hard for him to get ? Calm down Emily you are at fault here " Ok long story cut short , I sung your song in front of a fairly large crowd without asking you . But before you get angry I just want you to know that all the appreciation that I got was actually for you . And everybody loved your song . "

There was a pin drop silence between the two for a while . Oh god he was definitely angry . Nobody spoke from the other side" Hello . . . . . Matt are you still there on line ? "

" Yes , yes , I am . "

" So say something . You are freaking me out . If you are angry just tell me . I know I should have asked you but I didn't and it was all because I was so nervous . "

" It is fine Emily " His voice didn't sounded like before .

" Is it ? Because your voice suggests otherwise . I am so sorry . It is all my fault . I upset you ones again . I am crazy . "

" No . . . No . . . . Emily I am not angry with you . It is just that I don't know how I am feeling right now , you know . I never thought that anyone but me will hear my songs because they show my vulnerable side but it is fine I was not the one on stage . "

" Yes but I didn't took credit for the song . And if it will make you feel any better then I think I broke my ankle . "

Matt chuckles " How was it supposed to make me feel any better ? "

" I don't know but you are kind a responsible for my broken foot . But don't worry I am not holding any grudges against you . "

" Well thank you that . And I think friendship should work this way . I should forgive you when you make a mistake and you should forgive me if I make a mistake . " He was trying to prepare Emily if she ever finds out what happened with him the other night of course he was not going to tell her that he spied his ex but if she ever finds out then she should remember this friends code .

Emily was relaxed after talking to Matt . She felt like she unloaded a heavy burden from her shoulders . May be it was not so bad for them to be friends . So now Emily had nothing to worry about so she could enjoy her girls night .

But before that she had to clean the mess . She tried to stand up , ok , now even her leg didn't hurt that bad . She cleaned the mess and then started making preparations for the night .

Emily was brushing her hair . Somebody knocked the door . She knew that it was Rachel but Rachel was trying to play a prank on Emily . Every time she knocked , Emily asked who was there but she didn't answered . She was trying to scare Emily . But she forgot that she had already played this trick on Emily just a few days back . And yes she was able to freak her out but not this time .

Emily thought that it was the time to give Rachel the taste of her own medicine . She slowly walked out of her house using the back door and walked towards Rachel with slow steps . Rachel was laughing outside the door thinking that Emily might be freaking out in . Emily went in silence and stood behind her and then screamed in her ears " Rachel ! "

" Ahhhh ! who is it ? who is it ? " Rachel spin around . Generally when someone gets scared they cry or scream but when Rachel gets scared she spins around . Yes it is just as crazy as it sounds but it was fun to watch her .

" What the hell Emily were you trying to kill me . "

" I was not going to hit you so how could have you died . "

" From a heart attack . This was not fair . "

" Ok so only you have the right to prank on me . "

" Fine just open the door . "

" Oh no ! The keys are in . "

" Oh Emily please tell me you are kidding . "

" I wish I was . My cake is in the oven . Oh my god I think it is burning . "

" Fine , let's go in from the back door . "

" Because that gate automatically gets locked . We are locked out . But don't worry spare keys are with neighbors . I will get it . "

" It is fine . " Rachel takes out a key from her pocket . " Open it now . "

" You gave me a spare key and I didn't retuned it . I thought that maybe I will need it some day . And that day is today you should thank me . "

Rachel hands over the key to Emily . They both walks in . Rachel was reading some book . Emily was curious because she didn't knew Rachel to be a reader .

" Hang on Rach " Emily stopped her .

" You are disturbing me . "

Emily gave her a weird look " Since when did you start reading . "

" Generally I don't but this book is really interesting . Come sit I will tell you what it is about . "
