Things have been happening quickly as we destroy Roman's empire from within, the look on his face a few months back when Aidan brought Michelle back to life. Roman was in for the ride of his life and I couldn't wait, I was on my way to visit Clarke, he had made himself scarce a lot lately although we worked in the same building. Clarke seemed off again so this time, I was going to find out the truth, I wanted to make sure that he was taking his meds but his girlfriend always seemed to be around. I watched Barbie and Clarke leave to go somewhere and I didn't know how long I had but I was going to make it quick. I snuck into his house after Polly gave me the code for the house and I decided to see how my brother was living, the house was nicely kept and I didn't want to touch anything unless I had to. I linked his guard to notify me when he was on his way back, I had a guard on Clarke at all times but they weren't supposed to be seen. There were groceries and I started to wonder if I had underestimated her and should give her a chance, maybe, she does love Clarke. I walked into the bedroom and the bed was made, it was a cozy cottage and I saw that she had a spare bedroom and a room decorated as a nursery, it was the confirmation I needed that they were starting a family and Clarke did not tell me.

I walked back to the bathroom and checked Clarke's medications, he seemed to be taking them but one of them didn't look right so I took one of each and decided to get them tested to make sure. I got the link that they were on their way back and I left the house, when I reached the highway, I saw the truck on the opposite side of the road but they were too busy laughing to realize I passed them. I hated that I and Clarke weren't close like we used to be, I hope we can completely repair our relationship one day. I was back at the office after dropping the drugs off to be tested, I didn't know if to tell my parents or wait until Clarke finally told us, I felt so uneasy. Something wasn't right about all of this and once the drug test came back, Barbie would be out of his life for good, however, being pregnant would complicate things though.

Later that night, I went home to my fiance, we had a passionate night of fun, our wedding was getting close and my mother was helping plan it. I worried about Clarke and how he would take this if Barbie was tampering with his meds, he seemed to really care about her but I knew deep down, that she was manipulating him. I didn't want that for my brother, he had lost his way and was on his journey back and I needed to save him again. I woke up the next morning feeling a lot better, Lark had already risen to get Sapphire ready for school, and I could hear them in the kitchen, I smiled at how she had accepted Lark calling her mom. I didn't always trust the Elder's judgment but they were right on this one and I love her, she would be a great Queen.

I was downtown getting a few things for Sapphire, I love shopping so I didn't send my assistant to do any of this, I was in a children's store when I saw Barbie walk past with sunglasses, a coat, and a hat. I pulled up and saw his truck, I went inside, he was drawing the plans for the kitchen, he didn't turn around to face me and asked, "What are you doing here, Lark? You know we need to keep away from each other," I said, "I know but this is important," he turned to me, I looked him in the eyes and I felt weird, he walked towards me slowly as I backed up to the wall and asked, "Do you want some water because that's all I have here?" I smiled because he had been sober since the institution and it's a daily struggle because we Bears can be heavy drinkers, especially the men. I was going over the plans for the kitchen as work will start soon, Rowe wanted this place special for Davina, he bought it for her, and I was willing to do the job. I still had my ups and downs but nothing I couldn't handle when I saw Larkina's car pull up, I closed my eyes because I tried not to be in the same room with her, something inside me stirred when she was around.
