The others didn’t join us for dinner that night, and I didn’t see any of them before we gave up and retired to the bedroom for the night. Dante left bright and early that morning. He wanted to help keep an eye on the borders until Alpha Price, and his entourage arrived but told me to relax and that he would let me know once they had arrived.
I tried to go back to sleep after Dante left, but both my wolf and I were on edge and couldn’t relax enough to sleep again.
