When they approached the building, Lana knew that she had seen it before: The building’s facade, with its many arches, graced the front cover of her edition of Star Signs and Their Meanings. Somehow, she had never considered that it might be a real place. The gold-embossed image hadn’t shown colour, of course. The arches and walls were made from red stone. Panels at the top of each pillar and ornamental strips over each arch consisted of mosaic glass tiles in blue and white patterns. The shutters on the upstairs windows were painted blue, with a star in the middle, and the doors under the overhang of the arched entrance were also blue.
