While we’d been gone, it seemed that Roan’s mood had improved as well. For the rest of lunch, he and Nicholas talked about an upcoming FPS game while Autumn and I shared the ice cream. I was curious to know what they’d fought about but I kept my curious thoughts to myself. As long as things aren’t awkward. After lunch, I paid my traitorous friends no heed as they asked and teased me about my lunchtime with the golden trio.
