Chapter 17 : Doctor Rengga

 While continuing to pay attention, to the faces of the two people who had just entered his room, Doctor Rengga looked incredulous and still had to confirm one of those people, that was look like the person he had once saved in the past.

 “Y- You are, Oliver. Isn't it?"

 “Ye- yes. Doctor, long time no see. " Oliver replied.

 "Hello." Kevin also gave a greeting to Doctor Rengga.

 "He- hello. Oliver, who is this? "

 "Oh, introduce, his name is Kevin, he is my friend." Said Oliver.

"

 Meanwhile, in the archives, Cross is examining a file about Oliver, who 10 years ago was the object of experimentation at the place, although the case is top secret. In addition, Cross also examined the recorded videos showing that Doctors Rengga and Oliver often communicated and had long conversations every day. Then when Cross was watching the recorded video more closely, he found that on the day before the incident Oliver escaped, Doctor Rengga was seen taking over the food delivery for Oliver, then he slipped a card in the food tray, so based on that Cross could concluded that Doctor Rengga was indeed the suspect who had allowed Oliver to escape from this facility. And after seeing that footage, Cross immediately felt furious then he pulled out the video recording and went out of the archive room, to go to the room where Doctor Rengga currently is.

 Turning to Doctor Rengga's room, Kevin, who had heard that Doctor Rengga's daughter's name was “Christa”, suddenly took a step back because he was shocked. Is it possible that the person in question is the same person Kevin had meet in the future? That's what Kevin really wanted to know, and it seemed like all the search efforts he had put in all along, would soon find a bright spot, so Kevin just said.

 “O-Oliver, we really have to protect this man. And don't let him be taken by Cross. "

 "Indeed that is our mission, right?" Oliver said, confused.

 Then Kevin immediately approached Doctor Rengga while asking another final question.

 "Doctor, do you know the name Alan Icardi ??"

 “A- Alan ?? Of course, he is my friend who has long disappeared. " Replied Doctor Rengga.

Then Doctor Rengga was silent for a moment because it seemed like something had crossed his mind.

And suddenly Doctor Rengga said. "Wait a minute, you said your name is Kevin, right ?? … Could you be? ” Doctor Rengga was also stunned, because he seemed to have just realized the relationship between Alan Icardi and Kevin.

 Then Kevin just smiled broadly when he heard the question, because he was finally able to meet the person he had been looking for, namely Christa's father who was also Kevin's father's best friend. And this person maybe has the answers to all the questions in Kevin's head, so at this time Kevin feels very happy and enthusiastic.

 Then Oliver suddenly said, “Hey Kevin, I sensed that some people were walking toward this room. We better get out of here now. " Take Oliver.

 "Okay, let’s go." Kevin said as he went first to lead the way.

 The people who were walking towards Doctor Rengga's room were Cross and his men, they walked with hurried steps and very serious facial expressions. Fortunately, Kevin, Oliver, and Doctor Rengga had already left the room before the Soldiers arrived, so that Cross could not find their whereabouts.

 When Cross and his men came and entered the room, Cross was immediately shocked, because he found that 2 of his men who were assigned to guard and look after Doctor Rengga, were currently lying unconscious, besides that their bodies were also in a naked condition (only wearing underwear), because the Uniforms of those two Soldiers seemed to have been stripped by the intruder, even the intruder had also taken Doctor Rengga away from there. And that just made Cross even more annoyed, he felt very angry and screamed uncontrollably.

 Then Cross immediately ordered his other subordinates to scatter and look for Doctor Rengga's whereabouts throughout the Facility. So the Soldiers numbering a dozen people began to carry out the search order that was more intense than before. Now they have even forcibly removed the hats and masks of the employees on the facility, so they hope they can find the whereabouts of Doctor Rengga and the intruders who are currently undercover.

 Meanwhile, in another place and at the same time. Doctor Rengga was walking while being escorted by two soldiers in full uniform who were intruders in disguise, namely Kevin and Oliver, they walked through a path that was not passed by many other people, so that their existence was still safe from the search of the monster hunter Soldiers.

 But unfortunately, Cross rushed to the surveillance room to check the CCTV cameras, so he could search for Doctor Rengga whereabouts from every CCTV camera installed throughout the facility, both outside and inside.

 Cross continued to watch the screen closely, until finally he found the figure of Doctor Rengga walking in an alley while being escorted by two suspicious Soldiers. Therefore Cross quickly contacted his Soldiers to go after and arrest Doctor Rengga at the location that Cross had directed for them.

 Therefore, Cross's men immediately ran in droves to where Doctor Rengga was, they would not let the target slip away. The Soldiers divided their numbers into several teams, then each of those team split up, so they could surround Doctor Rengga and the two intruders from various directions, and because of that the chance for Doctor Rengga to be able to get out of the facility was very thin.

 A few moments later, the Doctor, who had almost reached the exit located on the side of the building, was startled by the ambush of Soldiers who came from various directions while aiming their weapons at the target. They immediately surrounded Doctor Rengga and the two Soldiers who escorted him, so that immediately the steps of the three men stopped, and now the three of them could only stand still while watching the Soldiers who were swarming them from the front, back, right and left.

 Then Cross started coming and walking behind the three of them, while saying.

 "Kevin, Oliver, take off your helmets and masks!" Cross said.

 So after Cross said that, Kevin and Oliver who disguised themselves as Two Soldiers began to reveal their real identities. Because Cross had exposed their cover, even though it didn't really surprise Cross and his men at all.

 "Hmm, I had thought you would come here to kidnap Doctor Rengga." Said Cross.

 "Kidnap??" Asked Oliver.

 Cross ignoring Oliver's question, Then he immediately looked at Kevin and said, “Yo, Kevin. Now everything is connected, right? ... You want to find out more information about your father, and the only person who can provide all the information about it is only Doctor Rengga, so you use Oliver so he can guide you to this place, then you can find Doctor Rengga, right?" Said Cross, who made his own conclusion.

 "So you really are Alan Icardi's son?" Asked Dr Rengga to Kevin.

 "Yes, Doctor. There are so many things I want to ask you about my father ... But not here and not now. ” Said Kevin.

 "Hahahha ... I was right." Cross said proudly.

 "Hey, don't be happy just yet. Your conclusion earlier was wrong, I didn't used Oliver or purposely seek out Doctor Rengga, but all this happened accidentally. " Said Kevin to Cross.

 And after hearing those words, Cross's expression immediately turned to shock, as he said.

 "Wh- what ??"

 "Now, no matter what happens, we will not let Doctor Rengga be taken by you!" Said Oliver.

 "Yes." Kevin supports it.

 Then Cross, who was furious, immediately said. “You two are pain the ass!! But now all of you are surrounded! You three won't be able to go anywhere! Get them !! " Cross said. He ordered all of his Soldiers to start capturing the target.
