Chapter 3 : Ending that gives the Beginning

 On the post apocalyptic environment, Kevin just met the mysterious woman named Christa, who actually looking for Kevin whereabout all this time, because she have the information about monster apocalypse event, and it seems she also had a relation with Kevin father.

  Christa began explaining the information she had to Kevin. “This monster apocalypse catastrophe, did not happen by accidentally. But However, there are people who had plan it and become the mastermind behind all of it. "

 "W- what?"

 "Your father used to work at the energy company NeoGen, right?"

 "Yes, right."

 "He knows best about all of this." Said Christa.

 "Yes, I thought that too."

They were Rudolf's half-human monsters who had been hunting Christa all this time, they had sprung up from all over and kept arriving in large numbers, so Kevin and Christa had little chance of escaping from there.

 The creatures had the posture and form of humans, but some had their hands with claws, some had wings, some had tails, and other parts of the bodies of monsters, thus making them having deadly attack and can be called a dangerous creatures.

 Then one of the creatures spoke while walking near Kevin and Christa. “Miss Christa, it's useless if you cover your scent with gasoline or dirt. Because the scent of your blood is very familiar to us, so we can detect it from a very far distance ... Today has arrived, which is the day when we will tear your body, then we will present it to Lord Rudolf. "

 "Oh, not so fast buddy." Said Kevin, who immediately took out his gun, then aimed at those enemies.

 "Yes." Christa also immediately prepared her bow and arrows to shoot at the enemy.

 Then finally there was a fight between them at that place, attacks on Kevin and Christa came from various directions, but Kevin nimbly shot them all one by one until they fell and died, as well as Christa, who also tried desperately to kill a horde of half-monster humans who were aiming for her lives.

 The battle that occurred between them all was fierce and full of brutal action, because the number of enemies was very large and kept arriving, Kevin and Christa felt overwhelmed, to the point that they had to fight empty-handed when they didn't have time to reload, or feel cornered. By using their abilities, Kevin and Christa gave deadly attacks, they removed the enemy's hand, pierced the enemy's stomach, slashed the enemy's head, and so on.

 But still, the two of them were overwhelmed by the seemingly endless number of enemies. Coupled with the commotion they caused had attracted the attention of other monsters not far from the battlefield, namely the giant bee monsters that were flying towards where they are currently.

 So that in an instant, the place was surrounded by monsters. One by one the half-monster humans died after getting stabbed, then their bodies were carried by the bee monsters, but the half-monster humans also gave a deadly attack to the bee monsters, so the situation there became even more chaotic.

 Then, Christa, who was fighting the enemies, was shocked by the giant bee monster's body that had fallen and was about to fall on her, therefore Christa immediately rolled to the side to avoid being hit from the bee monster's body. But unfortunately, when she finished rolling, an enemy stabbed Christa's back through her stomach, and it caused Christa to vomit blood and then droop.

 "Christa !!" Kevin shouted, feeling very shocked when he saw the incident.

 Then Christa's body, which had been badly injured, lay on the ground, and she died after losing a lot of blood. Then Kevin, who felt angry, began to attack the monsters around him blindly, so he became less focused on anticipating every attack that was directed at him. Therefore, Kevin received a very hard kick attack that caused his body to flew far, until it hit the asphalt and then lay in the middle of the road.

After that, Kevin immediately stood up, even though he was already battered and exhausted, his enthusiasm to avenge Christa's death was still on fire.

 Until suddenly, he was surprised by the presence of someone who walked closer to him right in the middle of the road. The figure of this person made Kevin stunned and even disbelieved when he saw him. Because the person is a human Cyborg with a mechanical right hand and a helmet covering his face, but his mouth is still visible. With a cold attitude, the Cyborg immediately directed its mechanical hand to Kevin, who was standing holding his broken hand.

 The Cyborg's mechanical hand transformed into a kind of cannon, then without further ado, the Cyborg fired a kind of destructive energy that shot straight at Kevin's body, piercing Kevin's body in just the blink of an eye. Therefore, Kevin, who was still in a state of stunned, could only be silent with a look on his face in disbelief and blood coming out of his mouth. Then at that instant, Kevin's body collapsed and lay in the middle of the road as a result of the fatal attack he had received. And finally, Kevin was killed by a shot from the Cyborg of Rudolf's creation.

 Do you guys think that Kevin's story is end here? The truth is not, because after he died, he suddenly woke up somewhere.

 Suddenly, Kevin opened his eyes and woke up feeling shocked, his face looked scared and his breathing was irregular. However, what made Kevin even more surprised is, where he is today. Because he was lying in a room that he knew very well, namely his own room which had been destroyed long ago, so he immediately searched and saw the calendar which showed that today was November 24, 2020, and that means today is several months before the day of monsters apocalypse.

 With a feeling of surprise and confusion, Kevin continued to pay attention to his surroundings to ensure that he was not dreaming, then he also reflected on the glass in the room, his body and face still looked young, with not too long hair and no beard on his chin. And then Kevin realize that he had been reincarnated several years before he died. Or a few months before the monster apocalypse occurred.

 Therefore, questions began to arise in Kevin's mind about how this could be happen? But Kevin didn't want to think about it first, because he could definitely find an answer to that question later. Now, the most important thing he have to do is, he wants to see someone who is very special to him.

 Without thinking much, Kevin immediately came out of his room then he went down the stairs and ran towards the kitchen. When he got there, he saw the figure he had always missed, namely the figure of his mother who had taken care of him since he was a child and always greeted him when he came home. The figure He missed is now standing in front of him, while cooking in the kitchen, his mother is preparing breakfast for her beloved child, Kevin.

 Seeing that, Kevin was stunned and could only remain silent, while continuing to pay attention to his mother. Then suddenly the tears began to flow down his cheeks, because right now he was feeling so grateful and happy.

 Then when the mother turned around, she said. "Oh, Kevin. You woke up already. Please get the gas cylinder in the storage room. " Said the mother.

 But without answering his mother's words, Kevin immediately walked over to his mother, then he hugged his mother's body tightly, crying, he pouring out an unstoppable longing. He seemed don’t want to let go of that hug and wanted to continue to hug his mother forever.

 "Kevin, what's wrong with you?" His mother wondered. Because Kevin rarely expresses his affection for his mother, usually after work he always spends time outside, so he rarely has time to just chat with his mother.

 Then while continuing to hug his mother tightly, Kevin began to have a determination in his mind, he want to protect the people he loves from all kinds of dangers. Now he already has a new goal in his life, namely that he will try to prevent the monsters apocalypse from happening, as well as stop the experiments that being carried out by Rudolf. And he would not do it alone, because he would ask Christa for help, as well as from the power and weapons that his father had given to him.
