Hannah's POV
By the time junior year ended, I was a complete mess internally. I had just barely passed my classes, I was suffering from insomnia and my teachers were completely fed up with my rebellious nature. I threw their authority in their face knowing that our Principal wouldn’t let them punish me. He was supposed to keep me safe within the school. He wouldn’t be too keen to let the reincarnation of his goddess be expelled from school.
This is precisely why he did the next best thing he could do, he had my parents in for a serious meeting at the end of the school year. Which is exactly why I stood in my living room trying to deflect my mother's anger.
