"He has just being through so much Hugo, you might think he was a bad person judging by the way he used to treat you earlier but he isn't. He had no other choice. And to top it all he was forced to give me up to s*****y for the sake of mom. If I didn't become the new pack slave mom would have been killed. I am so glad Ventrigo isn't part of us anymore at least now my dad can finally retire and spend more time with mom."

That made me grateful that we didn't kill him otherwise aunt Clara would have been devastated.

"Come on let's go see uncle Adrian and will you accompany me to the hospital tomorrow in town?"

"Why do you need to go to the hospital?" he asked once we got up leaving the kids who were still eating

"Because the doctor probably knows who my Belle is and how I can find her."

"Belle?"

"Yes I named her Belle since I don't know her name." I responded.

We met up with uncle Adrian who told us everything we needed to know about the pack and how everything was run.

The pack didn't have that many businesses only owned one shop in town and the rest of the pack income came from alliances which wasn't that much. There was about two hundred people in this pack and half of them didn't have any work only relied on hunting while the other half consisted of older people kids and the pack patrols. This gave me an idea of what I wanted to do.

Most of these pack members were too lazy to do any work and the others didn't even train only about fifty men were trained well enough to defend the pack and if we were to get attacked? It would be a really bad thing and we would totally be ruined.

I noticed a lot of things that I needed to change especially the fact that a lot of teens including myself though I am no longer a teen, were illiterate since there wasn't a school in the pack and the nearest school was in another territory which was in our neighboring pack.

We didn't even have any good looking hospitals and there was a lot of orphaned kids who lived in a large building that looked like it might fall any second. The living conditions in this pack were extremely bad.

"Call for a meeting this evening."

"But alpha well," uncle Adrian said, "This evening there will be a celebration to officially declare you as our leader can the meet take place afterwards?"

"Okay then everyone can enjoy today but tomorrow morning I want everyone to attend the meeting. Since this pack has a new leader things need to change everything needs to change."

"Yes alpha I will announce it."

Evening came quicker than I thought and the party was amazing it was the first party that I ever attended in my life.

Once we were all done celebrating I went to the guest bedroom and the moment I removed my clothes and lay my head on the pillow I was out like a light.

It was one of the best sleeps that I have ever gotten in my life since I didn't have any fear of being attacked by my father or rogues.

I woke up to streaming rays of sunlight

I opened my eyes to see a figure curled up on my side.

"What the--" I abruptly got up only to see a naked Misha sleeping next to me

"How the hell did she come here and did I touch? her oh gosh!"

"Don't worry." Raul calmly said in my head. "She came here with the intention of sleeping with us but you were fast asleep so she only staged up this act of laying naked next to you so that you would think you slept with her and accept her as your luna."

"She doesn't know how to give up now does she?" I sneered as Raul nodded in agreement.

"Hey good morning baby you are awake." Misha said yawning. "Last night was really amazing, I loved it." She purred in my ear and I pushed her off.

"Misha learn your boundaries okay. Don't you date come into my room ever again otherwise I am going to banish you."

"But alpha," she whined, " last night you took away my virginity. My mate will never accept me if he finds out that I had another man before him."

"I know you've been with half of the men in this pack and I know for a fact that we didn't do anything last night so get out or else I will automatically banish you." I commanded her.

She lowered her head got off the bed, picking up her clothes which were scattered everywhere while I looked the other way not interested in seeing her naked.

Once she left I let out a sigh of relief getting up from bed going to freshen up.

Once I was done dressing up lucas came to my room and we both walked out were the entire pack was gathered awaiting the announcements.

"Good morning everyone and thank you for coming." I began, "As you all know there is a shift in power and since today is my first day as alpha I have a list of things I want to change.

The first thing is that all of you who are capable enough will have to start looking for jobs in town. If we want this pack to be rich and prosperous then there has to be a lot of people who are working and the money you will earn, twenty percent of it It will go to building a new packhouse a hospital and a school.
