Chapter 15Having made sure to make loud mention their intention to return to the bishop after a couple of days’ rest, Geoffrey repeated the same story to Father Thomas. By the time they’d finished it was already late afternoon, so Geoffrey recovered his and Ralf’s horses from the stables and he and Ralf returned to their temporary home.
