Chapter 38 -
"So I'll tell you what, or rather, why I am doing this." He says after eating from the popcorn and ignoring me like I didn't just get it for him.
"Okay, go on. Then you explain all of this, every detail in it to the T." I tell him and he smiles.
"Sure, but let me do this first." He says and drags the last zip from his cup of pineapple juice.
"I can't believe I let you order me around." I tell him as I eye him and he looks at me with that smile that tells me he knows way more than I do.
"You know, I really can't come to terms with the fact that you're friends with Tiffany despite her attitude and how bitchy she is.
Plus you know that she likes you." He says and I shrug.
"Well, she saved my life once and…"
"If only you know." He says and munches on his popcorn li
