the remaining recruits were blindfolded and taken to a dock, the whole place were bare, empty of any other boats than necessary, necessary because that's where he placed some of his men to stay and keep eye on everyone......
then his baritone voice boomed.....
'welcome Студент....there comes a time in your life when you can't do anything even if you want to......in such time you should entrust yourself to fate, only time and your will power will unlock it, so trust yourself and try your luck' He finished his last line with a probable smirk.
what was in his mind, the recruits wondered.....until a fair size ship docked and recruits boarded the ship, not that they had any other choice.....as soon as they were on, Harold ordered his men to take the ship into deep water. Recruits were pushed in a iron container that looked like was once in use but in pretty rusty condition now and horizontally opened from both side. As one by one they set foot on it, it strained under their pressure, There were hundreds of keys hanging and clanking in the middle above recruits's head, questioningly they looked at them. Someone came, took each of the recruit's hand and cuffed it with the handle on the sides of the container, their face paled, they were frantically looking at each other.......
voice boomed again from ship's speaker this time,....'for now all your hand are cuffed, and only few keys out of those 200 can set you free.....if you are lucky you'll find the right one, all the best'
and the voice stopped!
Deep blue sea......no matter how much beautiful and blue it seemed......it's actual colour is red!
dark, mysterious and merciless blood red
Or,
Blood itself!
It has strong jaw and sets of razor sharp teeth
It has towering waves and it's deafening sound....
and those sneers and roaring laughter and cruel cheering and clapping in between them
and those begging and pleading and strangled cry, gasping breath and blood curling scream of friends and enemies....
And........then everything blue, no ! Red.....everything red around them, so red that no one could see each other,...
and Mayuree woke up gasping for breath as if someone was blocking her windpipe
or KISSING her senseless!
she opened her eyes gasping for breath and blinked few times and saw Rikkard towering over her on bed, she could feel her own heartbeat in her ear......
''good morning, Caterpillar!
Did you sleep well ?'' His husky voice greeted her but no answer came in return
''Are you alright ? you look pale!'' He asked gently touching her cheek with a frown but no answer came, again
''honey! are you ok!'' His face was showing concern
"what are you doing in my room" She sat up straight and asked confusingly
''Our room darling!'' He cheerfully reminded her
"I was sleeping....until you disturbed me!" She glared at him with still sleepy eyes
''couldn’t help!....you are moaning in your sleep!'' He said teasingly
"Wh...what!?" Her voice came out in whispers,......
what else she did in her sleep.......
this is the main reason she didn’t want to move in with him in same room,...... those horrible nightmares
''What exactly were you dreaming about Caterpillar, was it me ?'' He asked wiggling his eyebrows suggestively
She wished!
"N..nothing at all!" Her face flushed, she didn’t know what else to say,..... not when he thought she was having wet dreams!
''Oh! Really.....i can find out in other way you know'' He leaned on her again smirking
"I___i really need to go to the washroom, i need to pee" She just pushed him back
He stepped away chuckling as she went into the washroom,.......
Plantation was so green and serene and beautiful.....but she didn’t know what possessed her to take a walk in bare foot....
really!!??
Well, all she just wanted to feel the wet grass under her feet. Its not everyday you find something like this in busy bustling city life, but she got hurt instead by those sharp pebbles and cobblestones and hedges!
nothing much!
just some scratches here and there......she was used to much worse!
she reached the main house.....the scratches were stinging so she went into the room to find soft cloth to wash the wound and to find some ointment to apply on.
As she was sitting on the bed with a wet cloth busy dabbing her wounds on her ankle, blowing on it and hissing. She didn’t notice Rikkard, who just came out of washroom then......as she turned around because of some noise, her throat turned dry!
He was half naked with towel around his waist, tiny water droplets falling from his still wet hair,......and she looked away concentrating on what she was doing.
"Hell!" She cursed inwardly
''What are you doing''
"just dabbing on the scratches....nothing else!" She answered not looking up
and he did take a look at that scratches and winched.......some on knees and skin side of her right ankle peeled off.
''give that to me, let me help!'' He said
"I told you I'm fine...now why don't you put some clothes on" She replied back without looking at him as
the view is very distracting
He just snatched the cloth from her hand surprising her and kneel down and started cleaning her wounds one by one....she hissed in pain, her face turned all red when and he was blowing on those wounds......he hold her leg tightly to stop her from moving and applied some ointment
As their eyes met, her lips parted and his hand started travelling upwards, slowly kneading her thighs which turned that actual stinging feeling into something else.......something that she feels everytime he touches her,..
when he first touched her! A weird burning sensation....
His hand was painfully close to her inner thigh and the magic between them broke suddenly when her stomach growled noticeably and he threw his back and laughed out loud.
''your are hungry caterpillar!'' He stated after his laughter subsided
she wants to die!
It had to happened right then !?
so embarrassing!
''I didn’t see you in breakfast table today.... what did eat!'' He asked descending downstairs
and she looked at him confusingly as she couldn’t remember at all.
Exactly! what did she ate actually ?
''you don't remember what did you ate for breakfast!'' He asked raising eyebrows and she just shook her head
''let's get you some food, shall we ?'' and they went downstairs
It was lunch time......as they were eating, just out of curiosity Rikkard asked the chef what did he make in breakfast for her......
"we were waiting for mistress's order sir.....but she left to take a walk outside and just returned half an hour ago"
And that made him turn and glare at her....now that she remembers she didn’t eat anything at all!
''why didn’t you eat anything?'' He asked glaring at her
"um.....I forgot" She replied as she wasn’t really feeling hungry at all
''you forgot!?...you forgot eating!'' He asked raising eyebrows
and after that he started serving her everything that was made in a small portion that made her want to puke! She can never eat that much.
"All will be wasted" She said looking at her plate with wide eyes
''not if you finish them'' He replied
"I can't......i'm not a glutton!" She said in a duh tone
"Share this with me" She said he stopped eating and looked at her
They shared food together from one plate that day!
she forgot to eat breakfast.....
Unbelievable! He scoffed
He'd have taken her right then and there if she wasn’t hungry,....
after all he was hungry too and not for food.....
