Mera becomes a little scared because Lisa is not the kind of person she can deal with right now. "Lisa, you slapped me," she said, looking at Lisa with tears in her eyes. She pointed at Lisa. "I, Mera Davis, will deal with you. I will give you back this slap, tenfold." Mera said with anger. "You may leave now. If you like, you can call your mom to come and deal with me," Lisa said indifferently. Mara gritted her teeth and wanted to teach Lisa a lesson, but she knew she was no match for Lisa. "Is there anything else you want to say? If not, get out of here immediately," Lisa said with a serious expression, her two beautiful crystal eyes staring at Mera with killing intent. Mera opened her mouth to say something, but then she heard the sound of an argument coming from downstairs. She became scared because she knew it was her mother arguing with her father. She rushed out immediately, heading downstairs. Lisa closed her doors and locked them so that unwanted people could not come in whenever they wanted. Downstairs, Mrs Davis Claire stood in front of her husband, John Davis shouting at him angrily, Mr John sat on the sofa with his hand on his ear because his earlobe was about to break. Mera came downstairs with tears in her eyes. She stood in front of her father, Mr. John, crying like a wronged child. Mrs. Davis Claire saw the handprint on Mera's face and went from shock to fury. "Mera, what happened to your face?" Mrs. Claire asked with a clenched fist. Mr. Davis looked at Mera'ss face and saw the handprint shining pure red on Mera's face. Mera's father asked, "Who slapped you?" Mera touched her burning cheek and cried even more. "Lisa slapped me," she answered. Madam Davis was so angry that she wanted to eat Lisa alive. "But it was my fault. I went to see my sister and mistakenly mentioned her mother's name, and she slapped me across the face," Mera said, acting pitiful and regretful. Madam Davis said angrily, "That is not the reason she would dare to hit my daughter." she yelled angrily. "Lisa, Lisa," Mrs Claire called Lisa's name angrily but got no response from Lisa. Mr. Davis was at a loss for words. He looked at Mera's face again, he knew that her daughter Lisa wouldn't have just raised her hand to slap someone without a reason, Mera may have said something that provoked her. he knew in his heart. Madam Davis, seeing her husband's silence, rushed upstairs. Lisa, anticipating what would happen next, remained quietly seated at her desk. There was a series of loud knocks and pushes on her door, along with shouting from outside. "Open this door, Lisa! Open this door immediately!" Mrs. Claire's voice pierced through the room. Lisa remained still, waiting until her stepmother's shouting subsided. All the savants in the house stood watching as Madam shouted until she ran out of breath. At first, when Madam Davis angrily headed towards Lisa's room, everyone felt sorry for Lisa. However, when they saw that Lisa ignored her and Mrs. Davis shouted at her until she didn't have the voice to keep on shouting, they began to feel sorry for the angry Mrs. Davis. They admired Lisa because she knew her Dad was standing outside, but still, she did not open the door. Just when everyone thought that Lisa would not open the door and was about to leave, the sound of the door unlocking filled everyone's ears, causing even Mrs. Davis, who was about to leave, to turn back. As the door opened, Lisa's beautiful face and figure emerged. She looked around and saw everyone, including her dad. Mrs. Davis rushed angrily towards Lisa. "You know I have been knocking. You ignored us, your elders. I can see that you have grown wings," you stupid basters I will deal with you she said, about to hit Lisa, but Mr. Davis held her back. "John, what are you doing? Leave me, let me teach this daughter of yours a good lesson," Mrs. Claire said, struggling to get free from her husband. "Claire," Mr. Davis shouted angrily. "Respect yourself and don't talk nonsense about my daughter again," he said firmly. Claire knew that her husband was angry this time and looked at Lisa as if telling her "I will deal with you later." Lisa just smiled at her. "Lil, can you let us in?" Mr. Davis said, looking at his daughter with love. "Sure," Lisa smiled, "she opened the door and they all entered her room." Mera didn't say anything. She did not look at Lisa's face because she was at a disadvantage and her dad was in a bad mood. She didn't want to provoke him. If he found out what she said earlier, she would be in serious trouble. "Lisa, why did you hit your younger sister's face so badly like this? What did she do?" Mr. Davis asked Lisa seriously. Lisa looked up at her dad and her gaze fell on Mera's swelling face. Mera looked at her with pleading eyes, as if they were not the ones who showed them, they saw it and asked. Lisa looked away from Mera's face. She looked at her stepmother's face, which had turned black because of anger, before looking back at her dad. "Dad, Lisa asked, "What did Mera say that she said before I slapped her?" Mr. Davis looked at his stubborn daughter with a smile. "You look just like your mother and even have her stubborn attitude," he said in his heart. "Your little sister said that she mistakenly called your mom's name, and you became angry and slapped her," he explained. Lisa looked at her dad. "Do you believe what she said?" "I'm here to understand what happened. You can't just hit someone because they mention your mother," her father replied. Lisa smiled, knowing her father understood her. "Dad, I warned her so many times not to mention my mother's name or talk badly about her, but she didn't listen," Lisa explained. Mrs. Davis looked at Lisa with a stern expression, conveying a threat with her eyes. Mr. Davis was angry as he turned his gaze to Mera. "Mera, what did you say about my wife?" he demanded. "I... I... I said," Mera started stuttering. "Enough," Mrs. Davis shouted, grabbing her daughter to leave Lisa's room. "Stop, Claire. I want to know what she said about my wife," Mr. Davis said, standing up from his seat. Mera looked at Lisa's mocking smile and said, "I told her to be careful in the future. I don't want her to die early like her mother." In response, she became angry and slapped Me. Lisa's mouth twitched. Mr. Davis looked at her and asked, "Is what Mera said true?" Lisa just smiled, her eyes falling on Mera's pitiful face, and said, "Dad, forget about this matter. Just let it go. I don't want to punish her even more." she said and worked towards her bedside. Mr. Davis found. Lisa answered my question is what your sister said the truth or is she lying? Dad, I will tell you later, but not now. Mr Davis stared at Lisa for some time before leaving her room without a word. Before he left he looked at his wife and warned her, don't you dear touch her. Mrs. Davis didn't say anything, she just stood up and pointed at Lisa. Today will be the first and last you will dare to touch my daughter, if you try it next time I will kill you. She warned Lisa before leaving Lisa's room to go and continue what she was saying earlier. Mira tried to leave but was stopped by Lisa.
