I couldnt leave the bathhouse fast enough. Goddess, I almost let go of all of my resolve and let him have me there on the tile floor. He was so intense, in such an attractive way.

It was hard to focus with her in my head. My thoughts were all over the place. My plan to escape was obviously foiled, though even if I had not been nearly killed, I don't think the outcome would have been much better. The one boat that was at the dock was trapped in the ice. There was no leaving this place. Not from this dock anyway. And given the freezing temperatures, I can't imagine I'd make it to the next boat dock, wherever it might be, without first freezing to death. I was stuck here.
