Chapter 29: Twin Entities

Many, Many Years Ago.......

Bashien

I was looking in the archives for ways to save the Supremes, tensions arose among Kingdoms as the news spread that they were dying. Vivianne succeeded in her vengeance against them, my brother went to the underworld to try and find ways to save them but nothing was found. Only the antidote from the witch would help but no one could locate her, the High Elders were busy locking away any important information from those who would look to become powerful after the brothers were dead. The Lower Elders had already fled the land at the request of King Kiev to save themselves to preserve the throne. I visited him as the tomb was ready, he was bedridden now and the stench of death loomed in the room, I could hear wolves circling the Palace border as men waited to fight them off, they were waiting for the magic to fade when they died to attack. Everyone working in the Palace took the secret tunnel to safety with their belongings.

Kiev held my hand when my brother walked in and I felt his sorrow at losing a very good friend and King, the men brought in their equipment to move them to the tomb, it was time and we walked in the underground tunnels, all the way to the tomb, I could hear them groan in pain. Nothing was soothing it, the blood leaked from their eyes, mouths, and ears, and they were pale and bleeding out slowly. Vlad coughed up blood and his male lover, Morac, walked next to him holding his hand, he didn't hide that he had a male lover in the end. They were placed on the slabs and I said my goodbyes to each of them as Bjorn started his chanting along with the Elders, we bound ourselves to them, the ones that remained, even the guards at the border and few of the help remained loyal. We held each other hands and after Rusev closed his eyes, we had at least an hour before it came crumbling down, we closed the tomb with magic and headed to our resting places.

We promised to see each other in another life, our tombs were below the castle, and guards that were at the border went into a secret bunker locked by magic, they lay on their bunkbeds waiting for their time, loyal to the end, we all waited to pass and the guards and the remaining help who stayed, went first. Followed were the remaining loyalists including the High Elders and a few Low Elders who chose to be with us, I was the last to go. I heard the noise in the castle as the wolves ravished it for riches and looked to kill us but we were already cloaked and dying underground, after my brother passed, I followed a few minutes behind him. I was in limbo when we met up with a powerful demon who stated that we would be reincarnated when the Supremes went back but there would be a few challenges and a lot of years to pass just to find us suitable vessels and we waited.

Night of the Twins' Birth

I saw Bjorn walk over to me and smiled saying, "We have been sitting here for a while, do you think our new bodies will be hot, I need to get laid." I hit his smart ass on the shoulder but I knew he meant well, it felt like a few minutes and I wondered how long it would be before we were reborn when a dark angel came to us and said, "It is time." He showed us a woman giving birth and I asked, "Are we going to babies again?" He nodded touching both of our foreheads and telling us, "The Supremes will be reborn soon and you needed to be there again since your pea brains tied yourselves to them with an ancient spell, you will be their advisors again." I was more shocked to learn that they are Fae and I said, "A f*****g fairy, is that the best you could do?"

The other demons behind him laugh, including Bjorn, Samuel's father Lucy walks up to us and says, "I am stepping down soon and you won't have no memory of here but do us proud and help bring the Kingdoms together again, and if we are to stay hidden from humans, a lot of things needed to be changed." Samuel was a young adult now and I was shocked, time moves quickly down here so I knew it had to be a few thousand years that passed if Samuel was considered an adult. Eventually, I felt sleepy and saw Bjorn on the bed before he disappeared, I opened my eyes in surprise and then, I was no more. I felt a little weird and saw a witch binding us to these babies, I couldn't contact or feel my brother, and all I had to do, was watch and wait until we were set free.

Cayden and I were eventually talking with our mother, there was something she wanted to get off her chest and we decided that after everything that was going on, we needed to hear her out. She started to tell us about how our father cheated with a demon one night after they were having fertility issues and she got pregnant. I was confused because only Fae can impregnate a true mate, and the look on my and Cayden's faces warranted an explanation. She smiled and said, "I am not your father's true mate, I was a pure-blooded Fae like Kaitlyn, therefore a perfect match for your father as mates were rare then, the Kingdom needed heirs but then I found out that I was barron and we hid it from the Kingdom because we had fallen in love with each other.

The demon that your father cheated on me with, was his true mate, the bond forced them to have a one-night stand and her husband didn't like that." Cayden stepped back on hearing what she was saying still lost but I needed more clarification, I started thinking, "Was she saying what I think she is saying?" I looked at my mother wondering where she was going with this before she said, "She came to me one night and told me what happened and that her sons were going to be the reincarnation of the ancient advisors when the Supremes returned but I thought she was crazy. She told me I will have twins and they will merge with her sons to save them." Cayden said, "But what does that have to do with us," as I started to put the pieces together.

She was nervous and I told her to go on, she stated, "I told the demon that I was barren, and she touched my belly and said, "Not anymore," before I was knocked out. I woke up thinking it was weird until I found out I was pregnant two months later with twins." She continued her story, "When you guys were born, we felt the power, and Queen Marion confirmed everything, so to hide your powers, we bound you both and never spoke of it again because the Supremes weren't around." I looked at Cayden and said, "So, we are reincarnations of these jackasses' former advisors who happened to be demons, thanks Bashien for the head ups." Bashien snickered and Toffee growled at us for calling him a jackass, Bashien said, "We were waiting for our masters, we weren't expected to be bonded so long, my apologies," before I blocked his cocky ass.

Ty looked at me and said, "There is more," I looked confused until he said, "The Dark Witch coven seems to be your father's coven, well the demons, not you, so we need to tap into them to find where the hideout is and kill everyone working for the Dark Witch," Cayden then fell to his knees in pain holding his heart. I ran over to Cayden and my mother yelled, "What is happening?" I said, "Something is happening to Allison find her, now." The room cleared as Bashien was not happy, my brother may be a pain in the ass but he was my brother and I love him, I hated seeing him in pain. I had men stationed at my niece's hospital room because nothing was happening to my family, not today, not ever. Bolt got to my family right away with a few men and I had to take over as Cayden was down and linked Drax.

Bradley

I f****d up this time, I couldn't contain my anger, my wife was f*****g Cayden and she was leaving me for him, I worked too hard to keep her at my side. I loved her for many years and she kept blowing me off, but not this time, I wasn't having it, I shed a tear looking at her lifeless body, and how beautiful she was as I moved her hair out of her face whispering, "I am so sorry, I loved you, you bitch." I hid her body in the house and I left, if I couldn't have her, no one could and I just needed her kept cloaked for a few hours so that not even her step-father could bring her back. I looked at the blood on my hand as I drove away from the house, the guards entered as I sneaked out with the invisibility spell Lissa taught me. I killed that b***h, how dear she pick him over me? I drove to my daughter's school and I washed my hands with the bottle of water I had in my car before entering the compound.

The principal informed me that Allison pulled her out of school a few days ago saying she was moving and I was furious because I wanted my daughter. My wolf, Jor, was satisfied that Cayden wouldn't get Allison either, I just needed to keep her body hidden for twenty-four hours, and Cayden would feel this pain that I felt. I got back into the car and drove a little way before stopping and started crying, I killed the woman that I love, how could I do that? Jor said, "We have Lissa at least she wants us," So, I drove to Lissa's apartment, Lissa wasn't home and I went into the shower to wash Allison's blood away. I couldn't believe I walked into the school with blood on my clothes, they must have thought that I was a madman.
