-Cecilia- I feel so exhausted. It's like I'm drifting between dreamland and reality. It's not the sound of a child crying that wakes me, though. No, it's the absence of crying. I force my eyes open, scanning the delivery room for my pup. At first, I can't see her. Everything feels like a nightmare, like I can barely discern if it's all real, but deep down, I know it is.
