Alessandro held Abril's hand, wondering when she would wake up. Just a day ago, everything seemed fine; he pondered when it had all gone wrong. He caressed her face with his gloves, fearing that touching her directly might make her condition worse. "April, please wake up. I promised to show you many beautiful places in my kingdom."
