(Bill) The drive to the office was done in a flash, the usual half an hour journey was done in less than fifteen minutes. My mind kept racing. The possibility of things getting out of hand in the office gnaws at me. Anne wouldn't say anything over the phone but I can sense the panic through her voice. At this point, I can't afford to let things fall further apart. If it does, I'm not sure I'd be able to calm our investors down. I've already given them my word that I'd fix things. I can't afford to let them down any further. I drive into CasTech and parked swiftly in the car garage before heading to the office. I walked into my office and something feels off. As I move through the hallway, I notice people glancing at me, then quickly looking away. It's like I'm under the spotlight
