Tiffany's POV.
The room falls silent, Bill's words hanging in the air. Rebecca stares at him, stunned and for a moment neither of them moves. I see the shock in her eyes, mixed with hurt.
Okay, only Bill can make Rebecca Castillo feel this way.
She's usually mulish but when it comes to Bill. She mellows down.
Slowly she regains her composure, her lips pressing into a thin line. "Fine," she retorted, turning her gaze away.
Moving forward, I continued my tirade. "Bill Castillo. If I'm going to take up on this, you have to keep your mother on a leash," I tell him.
Rebecca throws me a sharp glare but remained calm, her eyes darting ferociously.
Bill nods. "She won't butt in, I promise. Just do whatever you can," Bill says, his voice seeping of desperation.
I pushed a file over to him.
