Tears dropped from Tara's eyes, she can't really believe the person she loves and cherishes so much causes her so much pain to the extent of not even thinking twice whether she will lose her life in the process of saving his childhood friend Mara, she is his wife but it doesn't seem like it.
Tara and Bronx got home that day, after she got discharged.
“Think twice about your decision Tara, remember I'm your only option." Alpha Bronx said immediately they stepped into the sitting room.
“I have made up my mind Bronx, you are so heartless!" Tara said in tears. He heartlessly brought out divorce papers and flinged it in front of her on the table.
“Sign these papers then and get the hell out of my life!" He yelled at her. Tara took the pen to sign, his wicked mom got in and slapped her twice across the face.
“You ungrateful child! My kind son gave you a chance to live and helped your wretched self out of that dungeon and hell hole you called a pack, now you pay him back with this!?" Mrs Wilson shouted at her, Tara cried harder holding her face.
“Mom! You called it ungrateful? Losing my baby, donating blood every 2 weeks to his so called friend and being cheated on! It's too much mom!" She yelled at her for the first time furiously.
“I didn't cheat on you Tara, me and you know that Mara is only my childhood friend and his father saved my life once, so I'm returning the favor!" Alpha Bronx said furiously too.
“You ingrate! Returning a favor by risking my life in this way, you are heartless Bronx!" Tara said, cleaning my tears bravely, she took the pen and signed the divorce papers, she stood up to leave immediately with her luggages.
“Get out! And drop every penny you got from us including your luggages!" Mrs Wilson said wickedly, Tara dropped the luggages and walked out expecting Bronx to defend her but he didn't. Instead he ran after her to the gate.
“Tara! I don't want you to sleep around in the streets and become a street girl, here, take this cheque and find something to do out there." Bronx said, handing her a cheque.
“Do you still think I'm married to you? You made me regret loving you Bronx, you betrayed me." Tara responded, and his mom ran towards them.
“Bronx! Don't give her any penny, she should get lost!" Mrs Wilson said.
“Keep your little money to yourself Bronx, I didn't marry you for money but for love! I'm leaving your life finally and would never bother you again." Tara responded.
“What? What do you mean by that!?" He asked curiously.
A black Mercedes Benz stopped in front of the gate and two men and a woman in black suits came down.
“Tara, who are these people?" Bronx asked her shocked.
“Tara, let's go." They both said, Tara entered the car and stared at Bronx in tears and the car sped off.
Bronx stood confused, Tara's words kept resounding in his ears, what did she mean by that and who are those people who took her?, He was confused.
Mara's car stopped in front of the gate and she got inside the house.
“I'm truly sorry Bronx, I just found out that you and Tara lost your baby because of me, please forgive me." She said in tears.
“It's ok now Mara, Bronx already divorced Tara and sent her packing." Mrs Wilson said happily.
“Oh my goodness, it's my fault. I sincerely apologize." Mara pleaded.
“No it's ok, you didn't do anything bad, she pushed you first and besides your dad saved me from that fire back then and this is the least I can do for him." Bronx comforted her.
“So since you sent Tara packing, can I stay in her room!?" Mara asked flirtatiously.
“Ugh…you.." Bronx was about to say.
“Yes dear Mara, you can have her room!" Mrs Wilson said immediately, smiling.
The car drove into the big mansion compound, Tara came down and rushed straight into the sitting room, her grandpa is still smiling at her.
“Grandpa! I missed you so much, I'm so sorry for leaving you all alone for 2 years." Tara said happily, hugging him tightly.
“It's ok sweetheart, you only decided to go against our family's wish and marry a rival Alpha we didn't approve of." Grandpa said, patting her back.
“I'm so sorry grandpa, just that I love him so much and was carried away by love, but don't worry, I'm fully back now and won't leave again, I'm divorced now grandpa." Tara said sitting up smiling.
“Are you now? Divorce is good, So I hope you are now ready to take over our family business and company?" Grandpa asked, smiling.
“Yes please Tara, I have alot on my shoulders." Tara's cousin brother Jeter smiled at her, he was one of them who brought her home.
“Yes grandpa, I'm fully back to take over the family business." Tara responded.
“What about the rich and influential Alpha you were engaged to 2 years ago before you left to marry your so-called dream man, are you ready to give him a chance? He is back to the states." Grand said calmly.
“I will come to that grandpa, I'm not yet ready to go into another marriage for now after my last rough experience." Tara responde, grandpa hugged her tightly.
William's house.
Alex poured out wine into a glass and added ice to it, his cell phone rang.
“Hello grandpa." Alex said over the phone, to my grandfather.
“Hey kid, Edward's granddaughter is back and you both will continue engagement for our both family business sake, get ready for the marriage." He finished.
“What!?, C'mon grandpa, did you even ask whether I like her? I have never met her before, just an engagement 2 years ago and that's all." Alex said curiously.
“Haha, don't worry, you will love her, she is a beautiful and curvy lady, goodbye Alex." Grandpa said and hung up the call. He sipped the wine uncomfortably.
“I can't possibly get married to a woman I have never met before." Tara soliloquized himself and picked up his phone. He called his private investigator vulgar.
“Hey, I want you to investigate someone for me, Tara Edward." Alex said to him, dropping the glass of wine on the table.
“Yes boss." Vulgar responded.
