[Morgan’s POV]
My body flinched away in surprise when I felt a hand touch my bare hip. "It's just me." Caesar's soft voice carried to my ears, making me relax as I finally got the shirt over my head.
I peered over my shoulder and noticed he was already changed from the mandatory sports uniform. "You surprised me." Turning back to the temporary locker we were all given, I grabbed my bag and stuffed the dirty clothes in. "Is everyone already gone?"
"Mhm, you took your time in the shower."
"It takes time to look this good."
My stomach tensed when he slid his hand under my shirt. "How do you manage to buy everything two sizes too small?"
"It's a talent."
I went to tie my hair back, careful not to elbow him in the process, but he stopped me. "Just leave it down." I didn't bother questioning him, he's always preferred when I left it down, so I ruffled it into place instead.
I hissed when he suddenly cupped my chest and rolled my n****e between his fingers. My head tipped up to give him a dull look. "Pervert."
"For touching my boyfriend?"
"In public."
"We've done worse."
I hummed absentmindedly and went to put on my bracelets but stopped when he started to pull away. "I didn't say stop."
He let out a puff of amusement and dipped his head down into my neck before pressing his chest to my back firmly. "Don't get mad if we're late."
-
"You guys are late."
I shrugged and slid into the booth across from Declan, Caesar following right behind me with a smirk. "Can't be helped."
"...Did you guys really f**k?"
I accepted the drink a friend handed me gratefully and nodded. "Yeah."
"At least look a little embarrassed."
"What for?"
Declan rolled his eyes while Caesar looked around curiously. "Where's Harrison?"
"Hm?" Declan raised an eyebrow. "He's over there with his friends." He gestured in a vague direction but it was pretty hard to miss the table full of hybrids.
My eyes squinted. "Is he drinking juice?"
"Of course. He's underage."
I reached over the table and flicked his forehead. "You're so lame, go buy him a drink."
"You should be drinking juice too."
I laughed at the mere thought and nudged Caesar to get his attention. He immediately looked over and made a soft, questioning noise. "Hm?"
"Buy me a drink?"
He was already looking ready to get up. "The fruity one?"
Letting out a soft hum, I nodded and leaned over so Declan wouldn't hear. "Bring Harrison back with you~ and buy him a drink too."
Caesar pulled back and grabbed my chin before pressing a kiss to my lips. He left right after, not even sparing a glance at Declan who eyed me suspiciously. "What were you talking about? I swear I heard-"
"You really wanna know?"
"No shit."
"Don't tell anybody but," I gestured for him to come closer, "we were talking about how well he's gonna f**k me when we get home." He pushed my face away with a blank look while I laughed. "Don't be nosy~"
Declan leaned his head in his palm and eyed me again. "Hey," he started, "whats your type?"
My eyebrows raised in surprise. "Why?"
"Just curious." He shrugged too casually. "I was surprised you and Caesar started dating. Is he your type?"
"Sure." I sipped at the beer my friend gave me and tried not to cringe from the taste. "It doesn't really matter to me, I guess I like someone cute though."
"Cute?"
"Mhm."
Declan looked over at Caesar who was leaning against the bar while waiting for his drinks. "Caesar isn't cute."
"What? Caesar's adorable."
"Caesar? Adorable?"
"Why do you sound so surprised? All he thinks about is s*x and school, that's cute."
"Are you f*****g with me?" I shrugged while he looked genuinely confused. "What about Harrison?"
"What about him?"
"Do you think he's cute?" Ah, did he know we were dating? "Actually, never mind. Don't answer."
"What? Why?"
"You'll probably say something gross about my innocent baby brother." He shivered from the thought. "I don't think I can help him anymore."
"Help him?"
Declan looked conflicted as he groaned and ran a hand down his face. "...You can't tell anyone because it might be embarrassing for him but... he might have a small, little crush on you."
Oh.
How should I play this off?
"A crush? That's adorable." Looking back on it, it wasn't the smartest way to go about it.
"Ugh, please don't talk about it. I don't even know why I was trying to help him get with you."
"Even knowing I'm a taken man, that's just mean, Declan. Are you trying to make your brother a home wrecker?"
"Harrison's better than Caesar. Just dump him."
I flicked his forehead again and was grateful to see Caesar coming back, not wanting to be alone with Declan anymore while he's tipsy.
Harrison peeked out from behind Caesar's larger body, cute, and smiled when we met eyes. "Are you sure it's okay?" He asked Caesar worriedly, seemingly for the second time.
"Yes, yes. Sit down." Caesar gently guided him into the booth next to me, before sitting down himself, so Harrison was seated in the middle. His shoulders hunched while he smiled unsurely.
"Um, hi." His ears flattened in his hair while looking adorably awkward.
Caesar handed me the familiar light blue drink I usually had him get, and uttered a quiet 'thank you'. He held onto the other one and nudged Declan. "I saw one of Pricilla's friends at the bar, I think they're looking for you."
His eyes lit up at the mention of his girlfriend and he was quickly sliding out of the booth to go look for her. He didn't even bother throwing a wave over his shoulder.
Scooting over to give them more room, I almost jumped out of my skin when a body suddenly plopped down next to me. "Hey! I didn't know you guys would be here!"
"Jesus f*****g Christ- Didn't I tell you to give a warning next time?" Max, Caesar and I's partner for our film group, cringed bashfully.
"Right, sorry. I just got excited to see someone I know. I've been by myself the whole time." He didn't seem to feel out of place at all as he relaxed into the booth with his water bottle. He smiled at Caesar and did a double take when his eyes landed on Harrison. "Woah, are you a hybrid?"
"Uh, yeah." Harrison slowly flushed as Max gawked at him.
"Can I touch you?"
"No." Caesar pushed Max's hand down when he raised it to touch Harrison's ears.
We've only had one group meeting together since starting our project but it was nothing short of awkward. Caesar was moody the whole time and mostly silent while Max talked too much and I just seemed to be the buffer between them. Caesar didn't really hide the fact that he disliked him either.
"Sorry, sorry. Personal space, right? I got it." To be fair, he was a little odd but I still didn't completely understand Caesar's strong dislike of him.
Caesar silently slid the other drink to Harrison and watched him perk up. "For me?"
"Mhm, it's not their strongest drink but it's Morgan's favorite." His tone was playful, a big contrast to the way he talked to Max.
Harrison took it with a large smile and didn't hesitate to take a sip. His eyes widened adorably, "Woah, it doesn't even taste like alcohol."
"Good?"
He hummed happily and took another sip. "This is way better than juice."
I turned my head to find Max already staring at me, which startled me a bit but I didn't show it. "That's your favorite drink?" He gestured to my own glass.
"Yeah, I'm a lightweight so I drink these."
"What else do you like?"
I raised an eyebrow. "Like drinks?"
"Anything."
"...I'll drink anything."
"So you're pretty open minded, huh?"
Yeah, he was a little odd. "Something like that."
"You're pretty feminine." He observed while staring at my earrings.
I leaned my head in my palm and unconsciously toyed with the dangling piece of jewelry. "That so?" I stared at him dully, having heard all types of comments like this before.
You look like a girl, are you gay, you must be a bottom, are you trans, men aren't supposed to..., faggot, you're disgusting. The list goes on and on.
"Yeah," He nodded. "your hair's long, you have a lot of jewelry on, your nails are painted too, and your face is pretty. Like a girls."
"Y'know," my fingers thrummed against my glass cup, "you're kind of annoying. I didn't really notice before but yeah, you're pretty annoying."
"Oh," he frowned, "did I offend you?"
My eyes rolled to his, blank and distasteful. "What do you think?"
"That wasn't my intention, I-"
"Hey," Caesar spoke up, face looking just as blank, "can you f**k off?"
Max cringed and slowly stood up. "I really am sorry, I didn't mean it like that." He looked at me pleadingly, as if begging me to believe him, before retreating with a defeated look.
It was quiet after that. Harrison's ears were flattened again and Caesar looked lost in thought.
I rolled my eyes and forced a playful smile. "Why are you two acting like someone died?"
Harrison's shoulders hunched sheepishly. "Sorry, I didn't know what to say.."
"I'm fine. That kind of stuff doesn't bother me." I waved off casually, only to ease his worried expression. It seemed to work a bit, as he gave me a small smile.
I inched closer to him and leaned in. "Y'know," I started, making my voice softer on purpose. "I am a little sad, though. Wanna make me feel better?"
His ears perked and he surprisingly leaned closer so we were only a few inches apart. His expression was so earnest, it almost made me feel bad for teasing him a bit. "What is it?"
"I want a kiss."
His mouth parted as his eyes strayed to my lips. "A kiss?"
"Mhm, that'll make me feel better."
He let out a shaky breath and nodded. "Okay." His eyes squeezed shut and his mouth pursed subtly. I blinked at him before my lips twitched up. Having not felt my touch, his eyes opened in confusion. "Kiss?"
Ah, f**k, he was too cute.
I cupped the back of his neck and urged him forward, "like this," before molding my lips over his. He made a soft noise of surprise and parted his lips to let my tongue brush against his. I could taste the fruity remains of alcohol lingering in his mouth, like I'm sure he could taste in mine.
His hand squeezed my shoulder, probably unsure of where to put it, as he let out another soft noise.
I pulled away only a few seconds later, due to the lone fact that we were in public, and smirked at his dazed expression. "Ah, I feel much better." My hand cupped his cheek as I softly wiped the spit from his lips.
Harrison pulled away quickly after coming to his senses and flushed all over. "That- that was more than a kiss."
"Oh? I thought it was pretty nice though."
He slowly sank down in the booth and settled on taking sips from his drink to avoid talking to me.
I glanced up and found Caesar staring at me blankly. "What? You want a kiss too?" He looked away with a soft noise. "You're sulking again~"
"No I'm not." Even his voice was all sulky.
I refrained from pointing out that he f****d me in a locker room only 30 minutes ago.
Harrison peered up at Caesar and mumbled, "I'll kiss you." albeit a bit shyly as he sat up.
Caesar ducked his head to be more level with Harrison and whispered something in his ear that had his face turning a pretty shade of pink. "oh."
Caesar pulled back and nodded. "I know, he's a bit of a pervert but it can't be helped." He cupped Harrison's cheek and tipped his head up. "You don't mind?" Harrison stole a glance at me but Caesar tightened his grip which had him quickly looking back. "Hm?"
"I, um, I don't mind."
A slow smile played at Caesar's lips, "Really? I'm glad." before he dipped down and pressed their mouths together.
The edge of my drink nudged against my lip as I took a rather long sip and felt the cold liquid run down my throat. I leaned back into the booth and watched the brief second their mouths opened only to close around their tongues a moment later.
I felt my stomach clench when Caesar opened his eyes and ours instantly met. His were hooded while I'm sure mine were swarming with interest.
He seemed amused as his eyes slipped shut again.
My attention snapped to his hand that slid under Harrison's shirt when he let out a whimper that I mentally burned into my memory. Harrison pulled away, breathless and dazed, and let out another whimper when Caesar did something else he liked. He was pretty sensitive.
Caesar only continued for a few more seconds before he was pulling away, most likely to not embarrass Harrison since we weren't alone.
"You were right," Caesar sipped at his drink casually, like Harrison's lips weren't slick with his spit, "I feel so much better."
