For years all I had wanted in the world was to have my mother in my life. All of those years when my father had been out drinking and gambling our money away, the lonely nights when it seemed that there was no one in my life who I could rely on… I had missed her for so long, and now that she was finally back, I decided that we needed to spend some time together.
