                                        Griffin’s POV           I walked away from Atlas’s office, surprised.  Surprised my chauvinistic mate gave in to what I wanted without argument.  I think the death of the pack member may have swayed him.  My mind was also thinking about the bloody note that had my name on it.  Constantine somehow knew I was Atlas’s mate, and he was threatening the whole pack unless I surrendered myself to him.              Constantine Drago never got over my mother’s rejection, and he is also thoroughly convinced that I am his daughter.  He and my mother never mated, so it wasn’t even remotely possible.  But Constantine wanted me to fight at his side.
