Chapter 7
“Why is the bond intact Nyx” I ask on the drive home
“I don’t know, maybe because you were not 18 yet, or he might have taken it back, his wolf didn’t agree with the rejection” Nyx suggests
“we need to work it out, so it sticks next time” I say, worried
“I know. I don’t know what to make of Shane or Sam” Nyx admits.
That’s great she is normally so sure about what is going on. How am I supposed to work out what they are playing at if Nyx is confused.
I get in the packhouse and see mum, I run straight into her arms and burst into tears
“oh my love what’s going on” she asks while stroking my hair
“I bumped into my brother and Shane at the mall” I say in between sobs
“Come with me dear let’s go talk with your dad” she says, leading me to his office, continuing to comfo
