Raven's POV
Despite Doggie's performances, Adonis is the one filling my mind. His eyes, the long black lashes framing them, his big hands on my shoulders even though he used them to push me away. He has managed to chase Big bear out of my dreams while taking his place. Yet there is an ace in my chest. He pushed me away, so he's never pulling me in. Tears burned behind my eyelids. Why? Why do I have to want what I can't have? Curled up in bed, hidden under my blanket, I let the tears stream down my face from the sheer stupidity of it all. Nobody wants me: not my mother, not Big bear, and not Adonis.
Tim, his name is Tim, I remained myself. It's a nice name, short, sure. But nice and easy!
'What's wrong?' Doggie yawns from behind me. f**k I forgot he's still here!
'Non of your buisnes!' I grumble as I angrily dry my eyes with the back of my hands.
'I know I wasn't that bad. come on, tell me!' He urges.
'Teacup,' I threaten while pulling the blanket closer around me to shield me from him. He laughs at my statement, making me see red. Suddenly he grabs me and pulls me towards him to hold. I yelp and fight to get out of his grasp.
'Why don't you turn me into something more useful? Like a dildo or something?' He chuckles from behind me. I burst out in involuntary laughter through my struggling, pounding on his arms with my fists, still attempting to get him off.
'You're. Not. Funny!' I pant between waves of laughter and punches until new tears streaming down my face. My words turn into sobs and whimpers, and all my strength disappears. I lay all tangled up in my blanket and his arms. My body goes limp as I wail once more.
'It's not funny.'
'Seriously, Raven. What's the matter?'
I sigh and frown in the dark. Why ask me that? He doesn't care about me. Not for real!
'Why are you here?' I ask him.
Before he can answer, I do it for him. 'I'll tell you why! You needed a hole to stick that d**k of yours in, and I wanted d**k. It's as simple as that. We're not lovers! We're not even friends!' I spat the last part with as much venom as possible. "So don't you act as if you care, savvy?'
Harry stayed quiet behind me, not saying anything. He can't argue with me on this because I know I'm right. I know it's true. I'm a hole for him!
He's a d**k for me!
Maybe turning him into a dildo wouldn't be such a bad thing. Transfiguration has never been my thing, but I'll give it a go! We stay quiet, both of us. The minutes passed, and my anger slowly subsided with each second. My breathing calms down, and my eyelids feel heavy. Yet Doggie never lets me go. His warmth enfolds me, covering me like an extra blanket. It's a nice change, not falling asleep alone, despite the circumstances. I feel his lips against my ear as if in a dream. They move so softly, making goosebumps form all over my skin.
'You might not see me as your friend, but I consider you mine...'

Doggie was still in bed with me this morning. Harry was breathing heavily with steady arms around me. He's like a radiator, making me sweat floods. My mouth is dry, my hair a birdnest, and my peach is dripping. The dream I had of Tim was a simple one. Perfect lips that kissed my neck and lips, baby blue eyes, looking deep into mine before going dark as night. His warm hands on my hips and careful fingers hocking into the hem of my panties. The thought made me shiver with delight. Hot air blew over my ear, increasing the feeling of need.
Harry's d**k grew against my naked ass, poking me. His breathing becomes lighter, faster. So I'm not surprised when his gravelly morning voice whispers a 'good morning' against my hair. But my heart jumps when he adds the most simple words.
'My friend'
I have a friend!

Harry stayed the day. His eyes clouded over from time to time, mind linking. It's so freaking cool! The dark-haired boy did it at the campsite the day I was supposed to get Big bear for myself. I envy them. Imagen to have the ability to communicate through your mind. When his eyes cloud over for the seventh time, and a scowl replaces his usually carefree face, I have to ask.
'You have to go home, don't you?'
'Yeah, Alpha has got his panties in a twist! Someone needs to straighten them out.'
'Are you even allowed to say that about him?' I giggle.
'Why? Are you rating me out?' He asks, faking suspicion.
He is seated on my bedroom floor, his back against the bed, only wearing boxers. I lay in bed, my head dangling over the edge (upside-down), staring at his profile.
'Friends, don't do that!'
'Oh! So, we're friends now!' He grinned as he turned his face towards me, kissing my nose.
'Friends with benefits!' I wink at him before kissing his.
Harry got up swiftly after that to get dressed. The white tent keeps the darkness from outside away. But the cold keeps getting in, and I can't resist the shiver traveling over my skin as Harry's body heat disappears.
'Come on, get moving!' He orders me as he walks past the bed, picking up his socks.
I stare at him, not getting what he's talking about, so he smacks my thigh, all while laughing.
'Hurry up, pretty girl, we'll be late for dinner!'
'Dinner?'
'Yeah, don't witches eat?'
Harry picks up a dress from the floor, sniffing it. When his nose twitches in disgust, I have to laugh. It can't be that bad! Could it? He keeps looking through my stuff, huffing something about being a slob. Eventually, he throws me a tank top with spaghetti straps and the pair of skinny jeans I had on at the hospital a couple of days ago. A bundle of socks hits my face before bouncing to the floor.
I lift my feet as if in a haze before pulling my jeans on and up. The floor is cold under my feet when I stand on them. That's despite the layers of rugs and clothes. As I'm finishing up, Harry pulls his shoes on.
'Ready when you are, friend!' Winks Harry as I pull my hair up in a high ponytail. I give him a curt nod. I should refuse him. Tell him I'm not coming. But I don't want to be alone in the cold anymore.
So I take Doggie's hand when he extends it to me and wields my wand, making us disappear into nothingness before reappearing on new moon territory.
'That's still sickening. I don't get how you do it!' He whines and doubles over, steadying himself. I can't see his face. But I guess it has a shade of green. I roll my eyes and grab his arm, helping him up. He sighs heavily before walking through the darkness up a steep hill. At the top, a beautifully lit white house towers over its surroundings - like a beacon in the night.
The building is gigantic! And as we get closer, it becomes warmer and more inviting.
Doggie and I walk arm-in-arm up the stairs to the front porch. The large double doors are closed as we reach them. With a flick of my wand, they glide open for us to pass, and Harry gives me a wink. The clatter of cutlery against china emanates from what appears to be a dining room to our right. Harry habitually steers the steps toward the sound, but my body suddenly feels heavy and uncooperative. I regret this. It wasn't a good idea after all. Even so, I can't bring myself to stop, turn, or even disappear. It's as if someone has taken over my body, and I mechanically keep walking in the same direction as him.
'Put your wand away,' Harry murmurs as we reach the threshold that leads into a bright and inviting hall. The windows go from the floor to the ceiling, portraying the darkness like painting along the walls. A buffet (smelling wonderful) is presented in the middle of the room, surrounded by round tables.
I am in awe of this place and its people. Everyone sitting at the round tables is gorgeous, breathtakingly so! I feel myself gawk as I pass them. I'm staring as if I'm at the freaking zoo looking at exotic animals. Harry's deep chuckle makes me snap my jaws together and look at him with a scowl.
'Don't you laugh at me!'
'Don't make me laugh!'
I stick my tongue out at him as we reach the larger table at the far end.
'Everyone, this is Raven!' Harry introduces me. 'Raven, this is everyone!'
Every person at the table stops what they are doing and looks up at me, and I make a bow - greeting them. I recognize the Alpha. His massive frame, broad shoulders, blond curls, and green eyes. He looks like the 'little miss perfects' mate. I think he has the name, Jacob. However, I don't know the Alpha's name. Beside him sits a man with a small child on his lap, and beside him, a gorgeous woman with a blond bob haircut and massive boobs!
'Wow! You have amazing boobs! Can I touch them?' I squealed, dancing on my toes. A smack makes me whip my head to my side. Doggie stands with his hand covering his face as he stifles a laugh. When I look at the woman again, she stares at me in disbelief. As if wondering if she heard me right.
The man beside her, however, growls.
'NO!'
'Oh, she's yours? Good Job!' I compliment him with a wink.
His anger turn into confusion, and the woman smirks, nudging his shoulder. The small girl waves her arms while gabbing the air with her hands as if waving. So I wave her way, making her giggle.
'She's adorable. You two made her? I mean, I get that 'big boobs' was involved! But you?'
'Raven! Don't you ever think before you speak?' Harry asks, chuckling.
'Where's the fun in that?' I smirk.
'Welcome, Raven! Please take some food, then a seat!' Said the Alpha, motioning for the buffet. With Doggie behind me, I skipped through the room on shaky legs, surrounded by delicious, sexy, all-around mouthwatering wolfies! There is no time to show insecurity. Appearance is key! I'll keep acting as if I'm confident, and that's what they'll believe I am. I know Harry can hear my heart pounding in my chest. Let's hope he thinks I'm excited.
Back at the table, we eat and talk. The woman, named Charlotte, with the perfect boobs, is talkative. She keeps the conversation flow with her questions. Some make her mate frown, some make the alpha sigh hard, but most of them make Harry laugh.
'So, Raven! You're still planning on killing my girl?' Asks Charlotte, killing the good mood. My heart race, and I feel sick to my stomach. Who have I threatened to kill lately? I have been good, haven't I? I helped find River, rescued Adonis, and I'm currently keeping Doggie satisfied.
'I'm not sure. Do I have a reason to be planning an assassination?' I ask calmly, fighting every fiber in my body screaming at me to disappear from here.
"No, that's why I'm wondering!' She hums, flashing me her dark eyes.
'Well,' I murmur. 'I'm not planning on killing anyone at the moment! Who's your girl?'
'Sofia! You know, my brother's mate!' Alpha growls.
Fuck!
'Oh f**k! Yeah, sorry about that! It was empty threats, I swear! A spur-of-the-moment kind of a thing, you know, anger and all that!'
I still hate her for taking my Big bear from me. But I have honestly given up all thoughts of killing her. Lucas will never love me, ever! When nobody says anything, I look at the Alpha.
'Alpha, I am honestly not planning on killing her!" When he nods, I turn to Charlotte and look her in her eyes. 'I'm not killing your girl!'
When her dark eyes lighten up, she smiles. I sigh with relief until she bares her teeth and growl.
'Good! Because you'd wish that I'd kill you if you did!'
I swallow hard before smiling back at her, answering her as cocky as I can.
'I'd like to see you try!'
I expect Harry to laugh, but he doesn't. Through the corner of my eyes, I see his face. His jaws are strained, clenched together tightly, and his eyes are dark. This dinner took a sharp turn.
