"Flora, look!" Amy pointed her head at our table and looked surprised.

At our table was Prince Justin. He was laughing with my brothers Emlin and Rex and with Brian. They all had a beer. They laugh together and act like they are friends. Amy and I stop dancing and look curious at the table. “ Goddess he is sexy, Amy.” I say softly to her and she laughs.

Amy wanted to go there right away. I urged Amy to dance a little longer. Then those men could look at women without holding back. They always held back a little bit when we were there. But let’s face it, they are men, and I know that Emlin and Rex want to find their mate. But I also know that when I’m around, they both pay more attention to me and they would not let me feel left out. The truth is also, that Prince Justin makes me nervous, but I don’t say that to Amy. She loves that kind of stuff.

After three songs, he was still there. Amy and I were thirsty from all the dancing and laughing. So we decided that we should go to the table and just take our drinks. She grabs my hand because she feels my hesitation.

That's how tough that friend of mine is, she just crawls between Prince Justin and Brian.

"Sorry guys, but Flora and I are thirsty too!" And she takes her drinks off the table.

I'm going to stand between Brian and my brother Emlin. Emlin puts an arm around me and gives me a kiss on the forehead. I lean against him and grab my drink. I'm very uncomfortable, I feel his eyes looking at me. And I’m not talking about Emlin’s eyes.

"Prince Justin, sorry, this is my little sister Amy" says Brian, pointing to Amy. Amy bends her head a little and shakes his hand. "And this is actually my little sister too, Flora." I bow my head and then shake his hand. His hand feels warm and I can feel his eyes burning on my face. He won't let go of my hand. I'm not pulling my hand back either. My hands look like baby hands in his big hands. But it’s comfortable.

"Can someone explain how your family works, because you three are not brothers?" Prince Justin says while he keeps looking at me. I'm looking him in the eye now, too. Golden eyes. They're beautiful. I could easily get lost in his eyes for sure.

"Brian and Emma are brother and sister. Just like Rex, Flora and I. As Brian said, he will be the next Aplha of our Pack and I will be his Beta. We've known each other since we were little and it feels like we're brothers and sisters." Emlin explains. Prince Justin lets go of my hand and then I realize how much warmth his hand had. I feel like my hand is in the cold wind. I missed his touch immediately.

"Yes, I was hoping that one of my brothers would be a mate of Flora. Then we were really family and always together. But unfortunately, we all see each other as family. And my bestie is not my sister-in-law." Amy says in a teasing tone and wiggles with her eyebrows.

"Amy!!!" I'll link her.

"So what, I can dream can I. hahaha" she linked me back.

Prince Justin stands for a while and I regularly catch his gaze and feel warm inside. He asks some questions and Brian and Emlin are happy to answer them. I see Amy's watching the room again.

"Who are you looking for?" I link

" Nothing, look for a bite, hahah!"

"ahahha you're really bad. Don't let Brian know."

" No, he's not going to like that. To him, I'm still his little sister. I think he'll get sick if he knows who I've been with!"

" Better we don't say anything, but it's noticeable that you're looking for something."

Amy is always on a hunt for a snack or to find out if someone is her mate. She is ballsy enough to just step up to a guy.

"The fireworks show will start in 15 minutes" is what the speaker says, and I’m brought back to the table and out of my own head.

"Oh I'm going to get Mom and Dad" I say to the rest. Emlin lets me go and nods “We wait here.” He says. "Nice to meet you Prince Justin." I bow my head and walk away from the table.

"I also have to go that way, wait, I walk along.” I look back and see that the man who said that is Prince Justin. Wtf, no, he can’t walk with me.

“You can just say Justin. Prince sounds so formal." He says while standing next to me.

I blush, and I nod. F**k, Justin. My heart is pounding so fast.

He invites me to walk and I hear Amy in my head "Omg! You walk with a prince by your side."

I ignore her and I walk next to the prince. It's crowded, but people go to the side when they see him. I feel eyes on us. He puts his hand on my lower back. I panic and I'm standing still.

"Relax, I'll lead you through the crowd. Where do we go?" he says, and our eyes find each other. He is looking at me lovingly and I feel my cheeks heat up.

I point in the direction of our dinner table and together we walk. I can feel the skin under his hand getting warm. In silence we walk towards my parents. He's walking next to me. Still with his hand on my lower back. I still feel eyes on us, but he doesn't seem to care.

"My parents are sitting here. It's nice to meet you again, Prince Justin." I say and I bow my head.

"Very nice to have met you too, Flora, but I said not so formal. It's just Justin to you." He says and winks at me.

I nodded and felt my warm cheeks as he walked away. My mother looked at me with big eyes and comes to me quickly.

"what was that?" she asks and she points to Prince Justin.

"He also had to go this way and wanted to walk along." I say. She laughs “You’re blushing.” She says softly.

"Come on, fireworks!" Said my dad and he also put a hand on my back. Higher than Prince Justin and this clearly feels very different. When we walk, the place under my father's hand also gets much less warm. I can barely feel it. I think of Justin’s hands. Why did it feel like that?

Outside it's chilly, but not cold. We're standing together as a group, and Rex picked up blankets from the hotel room. He gives all women a blanket and I lean against him.

"Are you so cold, Flora? You're shaking!" Rex puts an arm around me. Nice, I'm getting warmer, but not as warm as my back and my hand felt earlier tonight. I miss his touch. I shake my head. Stupid, he is a prince, I’m just al little beta’s daughter, nothing special about me. But I can’t seem to shake the thought of his hand on my back and the look on his face.

When the firework show's over, my brothers and Brian are going to have another drink at the hotel bar. The rest of us are going back to the hotel. In the corner of my eye, I see Brian with a blonde woman. He's already put his head in her neck.

" That brother of yours is really unbelievable" I link to Amy and shake my head.

Amy looks back. "Don't let dad see it!" she links back.

We'll walk in faster to get away from him, so he can have his time with the blonde.
