CHAPTER 98 RAINA’S POV We journeyed the rest of the night in silence, Gaius’s men led the way, cutting through low hanging branches and bushes that obstructed the path we weaved through with their swords. I had nothing to say anyway, my mind was distant from the present happenings, I couldn’t stop thinking about the conversation Gaius and I had a few hours ago. The army stopped walking and the horses that dragged the carriages behind us were brought to a stop.
