CHAPTER 97 RAINA’S POV We traveled for days, surviving on berries and fruits and the animals Gaius and his men were fortunate to hunt down, but I still had my worries. Where the hell were we going? On the third night of traveling, I had to ask Gaius and voice out my worries. We were seated around a fire on a cold, blue night. The sky was oddly bright, brandished by a radiant half-moon and a brilliant constellation of stars. He handed a chunk of bush meat, which had been roasted over the fire, to me, and he stared at me with a friendly smile. “You get used to a life like this after living in royalty for so long, you know.” He remarked as I took a huge bite, my teeth shuddered slightly when it came into contact with a hard bone. “Be more careful,” He advised when I grimaced slightly. It
