***Rosemary’s POV***
As much as Ella and I loved Hotep, we loved being at home much more. I missed my friends along with my room. Alexander snored too much.
“It will be nice to have our room again along with the quiet,” yawned Ella as she flopped onto her side, rubbing her fur on the ground.
I nodded my head in agreement with her.
“There was this little old lady named Mariposa, and she had the hots for Dad,” Alexander laughed as we were all sitting down at the dining table with everyone.
I could hear mom’s laughter as she grabbed her sides, remembering Mariposa’s many playful advances on Dad. I looked at her as she doubled over with happy tears running down her tanned face. Dad just sat in his chair,
