Arson continued to walk with his hand still clasped in Kylie's.
The girl could only obey, following wherever Arson took her. Kylie had no intention of letting go of Arson's hand, she was even very happy. In her heart, she was cheerful to get such sweet treatment from Arson, even though she knew what the handsome young man was doing was very natural to his brother.
They arrived at the center of the night market, where all around them were various games. All the visitors who realized the presence of Drake Adams' son and daughter immediately gave way to them, even all of them stepped aside to let the two people enjoy the games there first. That made Kylie a little uncomfortable, she didn't want to be treated like that.
"This is what I dislike most about being in a crowd," Kylie whispered right in Arson's ear.
Kylie continued to stare at them one by one, as they all just realized the return of the youngest in the Adams family. All this time they had known that one of the last Adams heirs was abroad continuing her education.
"Yes, it can't be helped. It's our risk as Daddy's children," said Arson, who understood where Kylie was going with her words.
"But I don't like it! We're all the same. Why do they have to be like that?" Kylie grumbled again while making a pouty face.
"It's proof that they value our family. If you don't want to be noticed and privileged by them, just tell them to enjoy everything here as usual, regardless of our presence," Arson told the youngest. The handsome man knew what was going through Kylie's mind right now.
Sure enough, Kylie immediately broke into a big smile.
"Can I really do that?" she asked to confirm Arson's words.
"Why not?"
Arson said while nodding firmly.
"Alright," Kylie said then, releasing Arson's hand.
Suddenly, it made Arson immediately changed his facial expression to gloomy, even though he deliberately held Kylie's hand like that so that he could get closer to the beautiful girl.
Kylie also approached the crowd.
"Why have you all stopped playing?" Kylie asked. Although she was still very young, the youngest had the aura of a creepy mobster.
Everyone there pushed each other as if asking one of them to answer Kylie's question. But she was just asking, not trying to shoot them in the head one by one.
Finally, a mother dared to stand in front of Kylie, and with shaky legs, she said, "It's okay, Miss Kyl. We can continue the game after you play."
Kylie narrowed her eyes, looking at the middle-aged woman. There was a boy beside her who was also staring fearfully at her.
"It's okay, just continue your game. Just pretend we're not here. Just treat us like normal people, don't go overboard!" said Kylie who knew how the boy felt as he was playing and then, suddenly stopped because of the fear of the mother who had to honor the Adams family.
"No problem, Miss Kylie. We can continue the game tomorrow night," the mother replied again, not daring to agree with Kylie.
"I don't accept any rebuttals! For those of you who try to contradict me, I will teach you a lesson!" Kylie threatened, shouting a little so that some of the patrons who were far away from her could hear her.
Without warning, they all dispersed to the games. They thought it was better to obey Kylie's words than to die in vain.
Kylie smiled happily, finally, she could make everyone there not afraid and stiff with her presence. Even though Kylie knew, they all still glanced at Kylie, afraid of getting in the way of the Adams family's daughter.
Kylie took another step closer to Arson.
Come on!" Kylie invited. The girl pulled Arson's hand to get closer to one of the games she wanted.
Arson's smile widened when he realized his hand was tightly grasped by Kylie. Arson hoped Kylie wouldn't let go of his hand again.
"I want to ride that, Son," Kylie said as she pointed at the merry-go-round.
Arson frowned and then, turned to his youngest.
"Aren't you embarrassed to ride that?" asked Arson who realized that the game was played by almost all the little kids, none of whom were the youngest's age.
Kylie pressed her lips together and returned Arson's gaze.
"Why should I be embarrassed?" asked Kylie back with a confused face.
"Don't you see all the kids playing? There's no one your age!" said Arson who headed back towards the game as Kylie walked first.
"There's nothing wrong with that, is there? It's also a big horse and I know a lot of people my age and older are in the game," said Kylie who was adamant about her wishes.
"But Kyl...,"
Before Arson could finish his sentence, Kylie suddenly let go of his hand and half ran towards the ticket seller. Fortunately, the Adams family's men were on standby and immediately followed Kylie without being far away. Arson could only sigh while shaking his head when Kylie was already on one of the horses in the game.
Without waiting long, the horse spun around making Kylie smile widely of course several bodyguards stood beside the beautiful girl vigilantly and several more stood not far from Arson, there was no way they would leave the young man alone.
Arson took out his cell phone and pressed the video recording button to record the beautiful girl who had managed to melt his heart. Not only recording, Arson immediately shot Kylie's beautiful face when she smiled and also waved at him. Arson also took the time to wave back to the youngest.
"Where are we going, Princess?" asked Arson when Kylie was near him.
Kylie paused for a moment as she reviewed the games she wanted to try next.
"How about a haunted house?" asked Arson.
Kylie shook her head. "Not challenging!" she replied casually.
Arson was silent. He knew that the youngest was never afraid of things like that so it was useless to bring Kylie to try a game that other people thought was very scary. Arsan was afraid that if Kylie was in there, the beautiful girl would hit one of the people who played the role of the ghost because they had scared other people.
"Alright. I'll be quiet and just follow where you want," said Arson with a resigned face.
"Come on!" invited Kylie, who Arson did not know where the girl would take her.
From one game to another they tried, there were very happy looks from the two people. This was what Kylie and Arson had wanted all along.
It didn't matter if Kylie took refuge behind the word brother to be able to feel alone with Arson, and vice versa. Only like this can they cover up their feelings and no one will suspect anything.
They were at the night market for two hours and Kylie was finally tired.
"I don't want to anymore," Kylie said as she clung to Arson's arm.
It looked like she was very tired. How could she not after arriving from a long journey, Kylie immediately left without resting first.
"Yes, we'd better get some ice cream now," said Arson.
Kylie's eyes lit up when she heard her favorite snack. Kylie was about to take a step but was immediately held back by Arson. The girl immediately made a confused face at the handsome man.
"Where are you going?" asked the man who already held several companies owned by Drake.
"You said you wanted to buy ice cream. Come on!" Kylie replied.
Arson shook his head. "There's no need to go there. I have it ready over there." Arson said as he pointed towards their car park.
Kylie did not answer. Her confused face was getting more and more visible, making Arson even more anxious.
Without saying much, Arson immediately pulled the youngest's hand and took her towards the car park, where an ice cream vendor had been bought by Arson to spoil his favorite girl.
The girl who has the smallest posture in the family was very happy to see what Arson had done. Without ordering, the ice cream man immediately gave Kylie's favorite flavor. Kylie happily accepted it, and she immediately sat on the engine hood.
"Does it taste good?" asked Arson, who also came and sat next to Kylie.
Not only did the two of them enjoy the sweetness of the ice cream, but all of their bodyguards also got their share.
While continuing to enjoy the ice cream in his hand, Arson continued to watch Kylie's face while smiling. Especially when he heard Kylie keep talking, telling him about the fun she had tonight.
If only we weren't sisters, Kyl. Maybe by now, I would have told you how I feel. I don't know why I love you either. It's a very wrong feeling, but I can't deny it, Arson said in his heart as he continued to look at Kylie's face.
Suddenly Kylie turned to Arson and made the eldest immediately pretend to eat her ice cream while looking forward. Arson didn't want Kylie to know that he was watching her.
"It turns out delicious too, huh? Not much different from the ice cream in the mall," said Kylie, who praised the frozen food made from milk.
Arson just nodded, he had to maintain his dignity in front of all his bodyguards. His fussiness was for Kylie alone.
Without them realizing it, from a distance there was someone who was watching the two of them with a smirk.
"Welcome Kylie Adams," said the mysterious man.
