Drake Adams's Cruelty

Blow after blow is delivered by Drake Adams to a man who is now lying weakly on the floor, as a result of the attack delivered by the head of the black market mafia. Drake Adams was furious when he found out that his family members were being targeted by the man, fortunately, he had Juan to rely on. The Adams family's trusted assistant knew very well that something was threatening the famous mafia family.

"I didn't expect Edric to have so much guts, but you should have considered everything very carefully so that your existence is not smelled by me and you have to be here," Drake said as he stood up and stared at the man who had been looking for trouble with him.

"Do you think I'm scared? I'm not. I will never be afraid of you, even though I have fallen into your hands, but that doesn't mean I have lost and it doesn't mean that your family members will be safe because there are still many of my men out there who are ready to kill your family one by one!" said the man without any fear, he even put on a mocking smile towards Drake.

Hearing the words of the man in front of him, further provoked Drake's emotions, he punched and kicked the man again. There was no cry of pain from the man who had tried to touch the Adams family member. He laughed as if to say that he was not afraid at all. Either from threats or even direct blows given by Drake Adams.

"You're really brave and challenging me! I'm proud to have an enemy like you who doesn't show any fear," Drake said again, raising the corners of his lips.

"Thank you for your praise and I assure you that you will remember my name forever." The man laughed again as if challenging Drake's words.

The man thought, there was no point in apologizing to Drake Adams because he would still die, until waiting for the way his life would end. Would it be straightforward or would he be given pain first by the mafia that was very famous in that part of Europe? However, apologizing would also never be done because he had quite a grudge against the flat-faced man who was standing in front of him while holding a stick that had been coated with wire.

"You should be thanking me because you're the only one I'm looking for and I'm going to finish you off. I don't intend to kill your wife and children," said Drake who had always kept to his life principle that he would never hurt, let alone kill a woman and children, unless a woman was a real danger to her family, then he could do so. However, not with children because Drake knows that young children do not have criminal thoughts if they are not indoctrinated by adults like them.

"Thank you for that, I'm very touched, and at least one day my son will be able to avenge what you've done to me!" said the man who could still threaten Drake Adams while glancing at the large curtains that covered the windows inside the room of the building that looked luxurious from the outside and was often used by Drake as a place of execution, for all those who had betrayed or even tried to harm his family.

Annoyed by the man's words, Drake kicked the man in the face again, causing him to bounce backwards, causing the man's nose and mouth to bleed. The kick was hard enough to make the man almost faint, but he was still trying hard to wake up. He hoped that before he died, the person who was watching what Drake was doing to him was gone and didn't end up in the hands of that cruel man like he would in a moment.

Drake continued to beat the man in front of him, not only hitting him with a stick that was surrounded by wire at the top but also pulling out Edric Oxley's nails and then stepping on the finger where the nails had been removed. It was a deliberate act on Drake's part when he remembered his guilt and sin to a man who was completely innocent and then, got the cruel treatment from him. Now Drake did it to the right person, namely, the mastermind of the ruckus that caused two innocent people to die so badly at his hands.

The mafia chief's sadism didn't end there, as he stabbed an arrow right into Edric's chest. Fresh blood flowed from the body of the man who was also the head of the mafia from another group, but this time he lost and it was certain that his life would not be long if it fell into the hands of Drake Adams. Of course, the man was in a lot of pain, but he didn't cry out. Edric already knew the risk he would take if he faced the man with the nickname monster man.

Drake didn't realize that someone had been watching what the number one mafia leader in Europe was doing. That person continues to record in his memory until Edric dies, what that person still remembers is, Edric's last gaze before exhaling his last breath towards him which seems to say, that the person must avenge his death.

Cold sweat flooded the man's body, and the image of the murder of Edric recalled in his dream made the man immediately restless until he could not continue his sleep until he had to wake up. With bated breath, he sat up with his hands still on either side of his body. In the past, he was always scared if he got the dream, but after he grew up, there was a sense of revenge if he remembered the atrocities committed by Drake Adams against his biological father.
