9:30 a.m.
Lee Henry examined the area where Art Underwood's body had been found, five stories below his apartment balcony. The distance was considerable, and Lee reflected that Art must have been terrified during the last moments of his life. Lee walked to the front of the building and studied the surroundings. He walked the street in front of the building and along the block in both directions, noting the location of the mini-market and the bank that Sergeant Chuck Miller had described. Both were reasonably close to the front of the apartment building. The bank cameras had picked up nothing, but the film from the mini mart had presented the grainy footage that seemed to depict Sean Garner's image.
