Judge Garrett looked over the glasses perched halfway down his nose at lawyers who bothered him, which was seemingly all of them, no matter what they said. The clerk announced, “Cardenas and Palmer v. Aligor Pharmaceuticals” and Scott took his place at the counsel table reserved for the plaintiff. Doug Gibson appeared at the defense table next to him. “Scott Winslow for plaintiffs Cardenas and Palmer, your Honor.” “Doug Gibson for Defendants.” The judge looked unhappily at both sides and then said, “I have read the motion and the opposition. We have two issues. Plaintiff wants a copy of the product trials documentation for each of the three trials and also seeks the identity of those who participated in the trials.
