Chapter 17 Near the window of his living room, Oliver stared at the half moon while he listened to his sister until she finally said, “Goodbye.” With the lights still off, Oliver hung up his phone and stuffed it in his back pocket again. He stretched his shoulders. It was time to go. It was early, but he had a plan. So, he straightened his shirt and checked his pants. Rachel was still fast asleep, and she needed to come with him.
