PRIVATE TOURS

Avery woke up to his alarm beeping, so he got up and turn it off.

“Morning” Skylar said yawning.

“Morning” Avery said.

“What’s the plan for today” Skylar said yawning again.

“I booked us a private cave tour for all day” Avery said.

“Okay, what time does the tour start” Skylar said.

“At ten” Avery said.

“What time is it now?” Skylar asked.

“Eight” Avery said.

“Okay” Skylar said.

Avery got up and went out and gave privacy to Skylar as she got ready and dressed in her clothes, she put on a short cut with a tank top and a flannel then she put her hair in a high ponytail along with her shoes. Skylar came out of the tent and saw Avery was washing his face in a bowl and empty it then refilled it with water.

“Your turn, while I get ready” Avery said.

“Okay” Skylar said.

Skylar walked to the bowl she took out her face creams out and began washing her face once she was finished, she dried her face and did a small amount of make her eyes and eyebrows with some lip gloss.

“Breakfast before we go” Avery said.

Avery gave her a breakfast sandwich, and Skylar looked at him confused.

“Leftovers from last night” Avery said.

Skylar nodded her head; they both had their breakfast once they were finished her and Avery walked towards the cabin where they had to check in for their private tour.

“Where did Jacob and Ethan go?” Skylar asked.

“Jacob did the private walking tour” Avery said.

“Okay” Skylar said.

They walked into the cabin and Avery went up to the desk.

“Private cave tour for Avery Wilson” Avery said.

“Okay, I will call the tour guide for you” the lady said.

Avery went back to Skylar.

“Did you get everything?” Avery asked.

“Yes, my camera is here, and the tripod is in my bag with some snacks and water” Skylar said.

“And you took you medicine?” Avery asked.

“Yes, when we were eating breakfast” Skylar said.

“Okay” Avery said.

“Your tour guide is outside, have a wonderful day” the lady said.

Avery and Skylar said their thanks and went out of the cabin and saw a man there.

“Hello, my name is Troy, and I will be your tour guide today and we will be doing the private tour of the cave of Longhorn Cavern State Parks” Troy said.

“Skylar” Skylar said shaking his hand.

“Avery” Avery said shaking his hand.

“Okay, let’s get started” Troy said.

For an hour as they were walking Troy was explain the landmarks as they were walking and Skylar was taking photos, she made a lot.

“Okay now we are going inside” Troy said.

There was a staircase going down to a small cave as Troy was talking about.

“We will take a water break here and we will continue on wards” Troy said.

Skylar and Avery both nodded their heads as they found a place to sit down.

“So, cool in here” Skylar said.

“Orange?” Avery said.

“Yes” Skylar said.

Avery was peeling the orange and Skylar took out the water bottles for both, and as they were resting Skylar began taking photos of Avery.

“You are going to have a film full of me” Avery said.

“No, I won’t I still have enough films to go around” Skylar said.

“Well let me take some of you” Avery said.

“I take pictures for a living” Skylar said.

“Yeah, but I’m not paying so this is just for me” Avery said.

Skylar rolled her eyes as she passed her camera towards him.

“Now give me innocent” Avery said.

Skylar laughed but did it anyways and Avery kept giving her words and Skylar would pose for it.

“Now give me love” Avery said.

Skylar was a bit caught off guard but then she thought of her pea and the talk she had with Avery that night before and Avery took a picture of her.

“Now it’s your turn” Skylar said.

Avery gave her back the camera and Skylar told him to do goofy and he did, and he began making funny faces soon she told him to do serious and then love which he did, when they finished their pictures and the water with orange they got up.

“Okay let’s move on” Troy said.

They began moving forward again and this time they went in further where there was a rock in middle of the cave that was shape like a dog and Skylar took photos of Avery by it and then herself.

“Would you like me to take one of you both” Troy said.

“Yes, thank you” Skylar said.

Avery and Skylar stood by the rock and got their picture take of the dog rock and Troy gave the camera back to Skylar as they moved on again as they kept going in further the cave was a lot cooler then when they were out in the sun. By five they made their way back to the cabin, and store was still open, and they went to the shops that were there.

“Want to buy some stuff” Avery said.

“Yeah” Skylar said.

They went to the gift shop and looked around there was some rings and necklace that Skylar like that were made from stones from the caves and little paints of the cave that was painted and even a snow globe was there as well. Skylar got a necklace and ring for her and her mother as well as the snow globe of the dog rock snow globe, she went to go pay for it and Avery was getting some stuff for his mother and little sister.

“You ready?” Avery asked.

“Yeah, kind of getting hungry again” Skylar said.

“I’m sure Jacob and Ethan are back, and they cooked” Avery said.

“Okay” Skylar said.

Avery took Skylar’s hand as they walked back towards the campsite.

“What is the date for tomorrow?” Skylar asked.

“We will do the private walking tour” Avery said.

“Gosh, this is all my workout in two days” Skylar said.

“Oh, yeah what kind of workout do you do as a model?” Avery asked.

“Yoga, running, Lamaze for the baby, and light stretching” Skylar said.

“And what is your normal health diet for modeling” Avery said.

“There is a lot to go through but after this weekend I have to get back on it, I asked the doctor if that was okay for Pea as well and she said it was okay but just once every week have a cheat day and I did that already since coming back” Skylar said.

“Would that diet work out for me?” Avery asked.

“Unless you want to lose a lot of your muscles in a week” Skylar said.

“Wow would want that” Avery said.

“No, we don’t” Skylar said.

They got back to the campsite as for sure Jacob and Ethan were cooking dinner.

“Hey guys how was your tour?” Jacob said.

“Great got lots of pictures” Skylar said.

“Nice make sure you get some of us” Jacob said.

“No, problem” Skylar said.

As Skylar said that she picked up her camera and began taking photos as the guys were cooking dinner.

“Are you guys going to the private cave tour tomorrow?” Avery asked.

“Yeah, got to leave early and met back here at say about one or two and we can head home” Jacob said.

“Sounds about right we can just pack up after were done or should we pack up drop the stuff off then go?” Avery said.

“I think we should pack then go on the tour” Jacob said.

“Okay” Avery said.

“Before we lose more light, group photo” Skylar said.

“Alright” Avery said.

Skylar set up the tripod and place the camera down on it as she started it up they all stood up and they took all different kind of poses as the camera was going off.

“Okay, time to relax” Skylar said laughing.

They all sat back around the fireplace.

“We should come back here once a year, doesn’t have to be a specific date as long as its just us four” Jacob said.

“Plus, a tiny one” Ethan said.

“Yes, right plus Pea” Avery said.

“We would need a bigger ride” Skylar said.

“Yeah, have to bring the truck” Avery said.

“We can go to different campsite’s as well” Ethan said.

“Yes” Avery said.

“Lots of hiking” Skylar said.

The three guys laughed at her comment, they sat around eating s’mores, Skylar yawned out.

“Well boys as much fun this is, I need my rest for the hike tomorrow” Skylar said.

“Okay” Avery said.

They three guys said their good nights to her as the began talking Skylar went into the tent and changed into her Pj’s and laid down into sleeping bag and once her head hit the pillow, she fell asleep. Skylar was dreaming of Avery that night of his body when he undressed in front of her in the tent it became steamy instead of her turning around, he looks at her and the next moment he was on top of her kissing her as his hand was roaming around his body. Skylar was moaning in her dream and out of nowhere he stops and looked at her.

“I love you Skylar” Avery said husky.

Skylar, smile he loved the way he sounded as she looked at him, she kissed him and then looked back at him she placed her hand on his face.

“I love you Avery” Skylar said.

Avery who was laying down hears her, he looked at her, but she was sleeping so he slowly laid and cuddle next to her.

“Skylar? You love me?” Avery asked.

Skylar thinking, she is dreaming all this pregnancy hormones getting high and the way he has been treating her since they started hanging out again that Skylar nods her head.

“Mmm, I love you” Skylar sigh out.

Skylar cuddle closer to him, Avery on the other hand heart was racing as the girl he like said he loves her, he did not get much sleep that night he kept looking at Skylar most of the night but then again, he was sad that she will not remember what she said tonight so he spent most of the night enjoying the moment before he fell asleep. The next morning Skylar woke up to the beeping sound and slowly got up turning off the watch, she saw that Avery was still sleeping then she remembered her dream that she blushed to herself she covered her face with her hand as the dreams flashing through her mind and she then remembered the I love you moment and she wanted to scream out. Skylar pulled herself together and went out of the tent and saw that Jacob and Ethan had already packed up, so she went about her business washing her face and went back into the tent to wake Avery up.

“Avery time to get up” Skylar said.

Avery stirs in his sleep as he woke up seeing that Skylar was putting on a flannel shirt.

“Come on” Skylar said.

Avery then remembered last night as he looked at her putting her shoes on, Skylar felt his eyes on her.

“Come on, sleepy head” Skylar said.

“Right” Avery said.

Avery got up and went to go get ready and Skylar began packing up their sleeping bags and taking them out the tent once Avery was taking the tent down.

“Are we dropping the things off first?” Skylar asked.

“Yes, and we can just get breakfast burritos from the café” Avery said.

“Great and some sandwiches for our stops” Skylar said.

“They have fresh fruits as well” Avery said.

“Okay” Skylar said.

Once they were finished packing it was a small amount.

“I told Jacob and Ethan to take the heavy load, and I kind of let them use your camera as they packed” Avery said.

“I was wondering why it wasn’t in the bag” Skylar said.

“Let’s get going” Avery said.

Skylar nodded her head; Avery took her hand as they began walking back to where the Jeep was at.

“You don’t think will be late?” Skylar asked.

“No, I set up the time way early” Avery said.

“Is the café even open this early?” Skylar said.

“Private tours open the café for them early before the other tours group” Avery said.

“Okay was worried there for a second” Skylar said.

“Don’t worry I am a great planner” Avery said.

“Indeed, you are” Skylar said.

They got to the jeep putting the things inside before locking it up and heading towards the café they had their breakfast; Skylar had a bigger breakfast then Avery since she needed it more for all the walking she will be doing. When they were finished, they bought themselves lunch and snacks with water they packed up and went towards the check in booth which was the same place they went yesterday.

“Avery Wilson for the private walk tour” Avery said.

“Okay, your tour guide will be out in a minute” the lady said.

“Thank you” Avery said.

Avery and Skylar went out of the small cabin.

“Can you pass me the water” Skylar said.

“Yeah” Avery said.

He went to the back of her getting her water and passed it to her, Skylar took a drink and gave it back him as he places it back in her bag, when a guy came up to them.

“Hello, my name is Hunter, and I will be you tour guide, and you will be doing the halfway point tour” Hunter said.

“Yes, baby on board” Avery said, pointing at Skylar.

“My name is Skylar, and this goofy guy is my boyfriend Avery” Skylar said.

“Nice to meet you both, so knowing that you are pregnant just tell me when you need to stop, and we will take a break” Hunter said.

“Okay” Skylar said.

“Alright, let’s go” Hunter said.

They began their walk; Skylar had her camera out as along the way she would take pictures every now and then.

“Can we take a break” Skylar said.

“Okay we can stop here” Hunter said.

It was about hour into the walk, so they took a break, they had some of their snacks that they brought from the café store, as they were sitting around Skylar was taking pictures, and she did one of her and Avery. When they were well rest for twenty minutes they started walking around and Hunter was showing them all the best places with the most beautiful views and Hunter would be taking pictures of the two of them. They started to see the stone building and Skylar began taking pictures as Hunter was talking about the stone buildings as they moved on since the building were closed now, they could not go in. They walked some more before they had a lunch break, and they would turn back to the station, there was a small picnic table around, so they were able to set down.

“So, how long have you been working with the park?” Avery asked.

“For about five years, I am also the park firefighter so, if we were to move ahead more there is a lookout tower, I would be in there during the winter times” Hunter said.

“People still camp during winter?” Skylar said.

“Yes, that’s when hunting season comes in” Hunter said.

“So, you work full time?” Avery said.

“Yes, the pay is good especially the overtime” Hunter said.

“Nice” Avery said.

They talked more and ate lunch.

“I knew I see you somewhere” Hunter said.

“Yes, luckiest guy in the world” Avery said.

Avery wraps his arm around Skylar’s neck and kissed her head.

“Lucky man indeed” Hunter said.

“Well, let’s head back” Avery said.

“Yes, I have a two o’clock” Hunter said.

They began making their way back to the site they return before two o’clock and Avery saw that Jacob and Ethan were in the gift shop, so he went over while he gave his keys to Skylar to turn the Jeep on and warm it up. Skylar went to turn the Jeep on, and she wanted to take a nap so she went to the backseat after a while the guys showed up.

“I told you she would, go in the backseat” Jacob said.

“I’ll drive” Ethan said.

“Shotgun” Jacob said.

They all got into the jeep.

“Okay which way are we going” Ethan said.

“We will take the fast route; don’t worry I have the GPS on my phone” Jacob said.

“Wait! One last group shot” Skylar said.

They all got back down, they stop someone walking by to take a picture of them, they stood in front of the Jeep then they stood in front of the Longhorn Cavern State Park sigh as well, when they were final finish, they went back to the Jeep.

“Okay, now let’s get going” Ethan said.

“Yes” Skylar said.

“You must miss your bed” Jacob said.

“I do” Skylar said.

The drive back to Marble Falls they took the fastest route where the free way was just six miles away from the park and another thirteen miles on the free way to get back to Marble Falls, when they got back Skylar went back into the house with her things and took a shower. Ethan’s car was parked at Jacob’s house they both went that way and Avery said his goodbye to Skylar and would call her later tomorrow because she might be tired right now. Once Skylar was finished showering and dressed, she went downstairs and fixed herself a big bowl of salad along with a drink her mother was at the garden house with a class so, Skylar was by herself. She wanted to do some work but all that walking around she decided to stay inside today and relax so she went back to her room, watched a movie on her computer halfway through the movie she fell asleep.
