Eternal Bonds

Chapter - 1

Xavier wakes up with a jolt and put his hand over his ankle and rubbed it, his face was wet with the seat and he was painting from the dream he saw a few minutes ago.

What was that dream about? What is the meaning of those dreams? Why didn't I see it clearly? why do those voices sound so familiar? why do I see the same dream every night? And why dose those dreams feels so real? Was all the thoughts that running around his mind bothering him.

"Wake up Xavier or you going to be late for the school,"  Elena shouted at him while coming inside his room.

"Hey, you okay there? why are you panting?" Elena asked worried about her son.

"Yes, mom I am okay, it just that it was that strange dream again," he said rubbing his face with his hand and look at her with a smile on his face.

"I think you should go and visit a physiatrist if you are having that same strange dream again and again, don't you think?" Elena asks him looking worried for him.

"Oh, don't be rediculous Elena, it just a dream anyway and it happens sometimes when someone studies very hard or become workaholic, I know he would be okay now after all he has a long summer in Italy, and maybe the stress of the school has provoked that dreams anyway, " Ryan said coming inside his room and putting his hand over Elena's shoulder.

"Dad is right mom, it just you worried too much, and truth to be told I didn't even remember the dream after I wake up from the sleep," Xavier said smiling at her.

"If you say so," Elena said and kissed his forehead.

"So it is the last year of your high school, are you ready to hit it and bring the student of the year trophy and show those Dawson who is the best?" Ryan asks smirking at him.

"You bet," Xavier said high fiving his dad.

"Okay you two knock it out and come downstairs breakfast is ready, today I have prepared all your favorite things to eat, come down I was waiting for you all," Elena said and walk out of the room.

"Okay Xavier I have something for you, wait for a second, I will bring it for you," Ryan said and walk out from Xavier room and come with a new bag in his hand.

"This is for you champ," Ryan said passing him the bag.

"Wow, dad, a new bag," Xavier said with a big smile on his face.

"That's not it, open the first pocket," Ryan said to him and he did to see a key in the pocket and look at Ryan with a raised eyebrow.

"Audi A6, for scoring A and A+ on every subject," Ryan said smiling at him. Xavier removes the cover from his legs and runs towards his father to hug him.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you so much dad, I love you so much," Xavier said hugging his father tightly.

"Your welcome and I love you two," Ryan said hugging him back.

"Are two you coming for breakfast or what?" Elena said from downstairs breaking their moment and making them chuckle.

"Coming," they shouted in unison and then look at each other and burst out laughing.

"Go and get ready for the school, before your mother come here and drag us downstairs herself by our ears," Ryan said to him and Xavier nodded his head grinning like an i***t and Ryan walk out of his room.

Xavier gets ready for school, has his breakfast and drives away to school in his new black Audi Q6. It only takes half an hour for him to reach there. He gets out of his car and enters the school to see his friend is fighting with his rivals Addison'friends.

"Hey, hey what going on here guys,"  Xavier ask them while coming between them and stopping them from killing each other.

"Has you know, every year our school organize the student of the year competition for the 12th standard students, and this year also they have arranged the student of the year competition for us, so I was telling these losers that the person who is going to win this trophy is you," Eric, Xavier best friend told to him.

"Isn't that clear guys, the winner wins the trophy and the loser, they just lose and cry and in this situation, the only person who is going to win the competition is us and the loser is you," Xavier said smirking at them.

"In your dreams Stones, because the loser is standing in front of us, and that trophy is mine," Addison said walking towards them with her two best friends Millie and Lilly.

"We will see Addison, we will see," Xavier said to her and they stare at each other like they are preditor and the person in front of him/her is their pray.

"All the students are requested to report at the assembly room immediately for the principle speech," the announcement made in the speaker broke them from their daze. They huff at each other and walk to the assembly room and stand in their class lines.

The principle Mike walks towards the stage and stands in front of them. The professor kyle come and pass the Mike to him.

"Good morning students, I hope you enjoyed your summer vacation," principle said in the Mike smiling at him.

"Yes sir," all the students shout at the same time.

"So are you ready to start your new year?" principle ask them.

"Yes," all the students said at the same time.

"As you all know, our school arrange the student year competition every year for the students of last year, and the winner will get the student of the year trophy and not only that he/she will also get the scholarship at the Oksward university," the principal said and everyone claps their hands and cheers at it.

"The competition was divided into 4 parts. They will behold on a second semester. First one will be your exams, of course, the people who the highest scorer will be moved to another round which is a treasure hunt, the first two teams who solves the clues first will move to the third round which is a quiz in which you will be asked 100 any question regarding to any subjects and the person who give the at least 20 question will be move for finals, before the finals pron/ farewell party will be held by the school and it is compulsory for everyone to come with the partners especially the candidate of the student of the year competition, if they did not come with the partner will be disqualified from the competition immediately and the last and the final will be the Olympics games rounds which  included cycling, running, swinging and other games. So I hope for you to enjoy the school and do your best to make the best out of it. See you at the Olympics Games." the principal said and walk out of there. The bell for the school rings all the students and teachers move to their classes.
